Lord Sugar summons the two frontrunners to the heart of London’s financial district to set them their final challenge to win his £250,000 investment.
For their last chance to convince Lord Sugar they’re worthy of his cash, each finalist must launch their new business. Invited back to aid the two finalists are some of this year’s fired candidates.
In an intensive three-day challenge, the finalists must create a new brand for their company, produce a digital billboard and direct and edit a television advert before pitching to Lord Sugar and a room full of industry experts at London’s City Hall.
Back in the boardroom, business proposals are picked apart by Lord Sugar before, after twelve tough weeks, he finally declares, 'You’re Hired!'

As soon as scarlet said that that’s not accurate and was trying to tell carina that her business is not a established business I lost a lot of respect for her there was no need to say that about someone else’s business which obviously you wouldn’t know anything about someone else’s business and that look she gave when she was saying it aswell I immediately wanted carina to win
David Spicer that is nothing compared to two years ago! I beg you, watch the video of James and Sarah in this scene where they were shouting over each other and (as expected) didn’t see each other once in the next year until they sat together during the following year’s ‘you’re hired.’ Very unlikeable. This year was so civil compared to last year. I accs didn’t think Scarlett was too out of line - she had an opinion which could’ve been discarded but did feel relevant to bring up because lord sugar brought it up to her

Sha12pyHD yeah I liked both contestants maybe it’s just the way she said it at the time it came across wrong aha the heat of the moment sort of thing I feel like lord sugar could of spilt this one like the one a few years back he invested in both contestants these was two quite strong people
Scarlett was prepared and gave her eyebrows that surprised look of disappointment, while Carina painted hers with that determined immovable look of victory.

Sugar has given his dosh to both contenders in the past, at least once. This was a good example of this being valid. A fine pair, both of them.
I think he should have invested into Thomas's pillow company. He liked him as a person and he was a good worker, he just needed some support. With Sugar's advisors and cash he could probably make a go of it - and people always need pillows!

I agree, I was so gutted when he pointed that infamous finger at Tom, and I think that the only reason he got fired was simply due to his poor win record.
Thomas was unlucky to be on the team he was on
Although Carina deserved to win, I had great respect for Scarlett all the way through the process. She was so genuine, professional, and likeable, and almost everything she did throughout the tasks, I sat there nodding going, “yes that is the judgement I would make - I agree!”
I don’t blame her for being harsher in the final five minutes. Twelve weeks of confinement, constant demand for performance, and frequent criticism? That would drive most people to breaking point!
Genuine until she attacks Carina's business at the end stating it isn't even one.
She was defo the best candidate on the show that series... Apart from Tommy, of course.
@@T0FFII thats how it is in the corporate world, and all the 'nice' is really just an act, in the end they both have a goal and an opportunity that would change their lives, they were competitors from the start more like enemies not really friends. The whole thing is a competition after all, and you do what ever it takes to win.
Congratulations to Carina, so pleased she won and looking forward to seeing her business thrive as I'm sure Scarlet's will as well :D

The reason carina won was because of the advert Thomas made so she really only won because of Thomas I really wanted Thomas to win
Yeah, Thomas was the ONLY one who put good/constructive ideas forward! He was the best person ever to be on that show! Lord Sugar did like him a lot, as I did, but the poor lad would've been torn to shreds in that interview routine. However, I'm sure he would have won them over with his down to earth, non nonsense charm! xxx Good on ya' Thomas x

Wanted Carina to win from about week 2 she seems very intelligent and knows how to communicate effectively, Scarlett lost it there at the end by turning on Carina , indicates someone untrustworthy in business

They were both fantastic candidate's they both should of won the 2 people who won it 2 years ago were shit

I think he used to, but now he isn't actually hiring an apprentice, he is just joining someone's business and helping it expand by offering money and legal advice - so to employing anyone.
Both of them are honorable characters.
I liked both of them but I like Carina more so I'm happy she won. I feel bad for the other woman though.

I think that Carina and her business was safer and the recruitment could be a risk spending it on employment. Bakery there is loads of stuff to investment.

Liked all the members of team carina in the final, even jemelin came into her own and delivered. Think the biggest shock was when iasha left as two weeks before she was PM and led her empower squad to a resounding victory.
I never think it is worth it. £250,000 these days is not a lot of money, you could not even buy a small flat with this in London. Sugar is not a partner - he does no work and the winner works all the hours and puts all the brain power in, and Sugar takes HALF the profits for doing nothing. Joseph Valente broke from Sugar after a couple of years, as he was working 100 hours a week - Sugar did nothing and took half of the money he earned. Imagine giving half of your hard earned money to someone who doesn't lift a finger. I would not think this is a good deal.

That alan sugar doesn't do anything and whoever he hires or wins does all the hard work and he gets some of the money too?
@@shsh._- He offers the £250,000 (which goes nowhere these days) and sends over his legal advisers, so the winner gets business and legal advice free of charge on how to spend the cash and best run the business, but after that the winner does all the work - weekends, evenings - etc and Sugar takes half of the PROFIT. You slog your guts out and he takes a whole half of your takings, after tax. Fancy handing half of your salary to someone who does nothing? Joseph Valente, the plumber, got out of the deal with Sugar. when he realised it wasn't worth it.
After he said, "I like the idea of more bread" it was obvious he was gonna choose Carina.

Happy for Carina, she was the best over the tasks in the series. I do think though that despite what Lord Sugar said, it was a very weak year as far as business plans go.

The show is said to start again in three months with Season 16 and 17 both airing in 2022

She was the greatest talent the show ever had, nine wins, three of them as PM and never brought back into the bottom three. No other contestant has come near her record other than lee who won series 4. Carina is very down to earth and level headed too.

I liked both. Can’t believe some of them got as far as they did like Lewis. He was dreadful. Lottie was never going to make it to the final due to the racism row. The ending just seemed a bit flat.
They were a weak selection compared with the brilliant 2018 line up we had. Last year's people also had more morals about them, even Sabrina was a lot more likeable than some of the crud this year. Fact.

She was set back due to a global pandemic I’m pretty sure if the pandemic didn’t happen she would have loads more and the fact she’s stayed a float is great

apprentice is a complete joke. some of these winnings contestants are just simple businesses that dont even need the money, they can all grow organically without an investment. lord sugar should just be a dragon in dragons den and come up with his own pitching show.
but he's a typical lord isn't he, he wants his serfs to work for him for free for 3 weeks and then grovel for his money at the end of it.

I did really like and respect both of these candidates though!
Last year's contestants were a lot better than this year's, more personalities and more enthusiasm pumped in last year, this year's contestants have been like watching paint dry apart from the finalists and Pamela. The producers need to try a lot harder to get stronger candidates next year who have more of a personality about them as ratings are down significantly this year on last year.

Why didn't they just go to dragons den?
They never give an investment as high as 250k on there. Plus, DD is more for established businesses whereas these were ideas or expansions

Gavin Waterman i don’t get what you’re saying. As for 2 women in the final again, that is a coincidence given they make up 50% of candidates. But they aren’t here because of their gender, but because they’re talented in my opinion. These two definitely seemed worthy winners.
