Quick question ipush my start button and it doesn't turn over or it doesn't do nothing is it my starter that don't work cause I bought a new battery but nothing at all any help
Hello sir i have a question i have a bmw 535i year 2010. I just needs the tools. Can you recommend me which tools should i use and all the numbers of the bolts thanks in advance?
Hi Vince & Nancy's Channel. screwdriver 1/4 drive flexhead racket E 12 inverted socket 11 mm deep socket and extension and ratchet 13 mm socket with extension and racket any size 3/8 or 1/4 drive hope that helps thanks for watching I appreciate you
Hi Retro Boss it’s hard to tell without being there and looking at the car but if the battery has some charge on it it should try to crank over but if the car is just clicking it’s probably a bad starter or battery.? Try boosting the car and tapping on the starter. Thank you and thanks for watching I appreciate you
Mann!!! Ur the greatest just seen....I will do my starter replacement tomorrow on my 2008 535xi But how many miles ur car had before starter replacement... Keep it up.....very well taught
@Marty0933 @ Its so hard to remove that cable/hose thats connects in the back of intake manifolds… i broke one side of the clip.. I don’t know how to get it out.. i tried to put the two flat screw head on both ears but its not coming out still..any suggestions?
Vince & Nancy’s channel are you talking about the one that connects to the throttle body ? If so you can get away by leaving it on just roll the manifold to a side it won’t give you as much room but you should be able to access the starter . You can spray WD-40 on it and just play with it try two pick instead of screw drivers they are smaller to open the clips . That’s what I hate about BMW cheap plastic that gets brittle with the heat of the engine
@@Marty09933 thank you. I took it out just now. Now im on the part where you said that one that just came off …thae one where it’s connected to the intake where you said “hell’, now im having hard time on this one
I’m going this job now and your video helped me a lot. I have question for the back bolt on the start you said used a 10mm to get it loose is that 12 point or 6 point?
Just found an extra long flex head wrench at harbor freight. Hopefully I’ll get it off today. Its the last thing I need to do to take it out. Again thank you for this video. You made it so much easier. Your explanation was excellent!!! Best video for this job on UA-cam!!

Hi Vince & Nancy’s Channel hey brother sorry was very busy. Get a 1/4 flex head ratchet or a flex head wrench I believe it’s a 10 mm 6 point wrench or even a 12 point will work try that

Hi Isaac Williamson it doesn’t have to be a bmw starter as long as it fits and connects up right it will work thanks for watching I appreciate you
