2 Versions of 1 Cocktail [rum & no rum]

Here's a treat that you can make for your guests who don't drink (or who have to drive back to San Diego after a long day of filming a music video). In this episode, I host rockabilly guitarist, Buss Campbell. We talk about guitars and him performing with the Stray Cats' Lee Rocker.
I also show you a way to add alcohol to this tasty cocktail. Aloha!

To make the cocktail in this video:
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Orgeat
1/2 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
6 oz Soda Water
(for the version with alcohol, add only 2oz of soda and add 2oz of Hamilton Breezeway Blend Rum)
Add ingredients to a 'ten pin pilsner' glass over pebble ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry skewered to a pineapple wedge.
