I almost want you to watch this show without reading any comments, and not even because of inevitable spoilers. More because 90% of Breaking Bad commenters can't help looking ahead and overhyping future seasons and episodes instead of focusing on the episode at hand. They'll tell you it keeps getting better, or the next episode is great, or buckle up it's a crazy ride from here, or try to explain character's motives, or a dozen other cliches that have nothing to do with what you just reacted to. So buckle up in preparation of being told to buckle up a couple thousand times. Buckle up.

I gotta say you probably have the best commentary on this show so far. You’re really engaged with the show whereas others just say things to fill the air lmao
My favorite part of the episode is that the opening scene has so much weird and specific stuff going on that most people probably assume it will take the whole season or even the whole series to catch up to it. But no, they manage to get there in just one episode, in quite a demonstration of the kind of pacing the show's going to have. This is a very rare series to last as long as it did and never have a single bad episode. Enjoy the ride!

Have you checked out Demomorg? He truly "gets" this show. I think Brandon will too. I don't see him getting personally involved with certain characters like some reactors do. The love/hate people have for the characters in this show is off the chart sometimes. It takes away from the reaction if you ask me. Good reactors react to the "show", not just to one character or another and get all butt hurt when things don't turn out like they wanted. I'm excited for this though.
Cindy Crews Beach I haven’t yet but I’ll check them out. I also agree that I don’t like when people do that. Reactors or not. Example: the hate Skyler got from everyone in the show. Do a rewatch, the amount Skyler has to put up with is a ton. Sure, she can overreact and be a bit unbearable sometimes, but I think fans have her WAY too hard of a time because they rooted for Walt the entire time...but...it’s in the title of the show

The best part about Breaking Bad reactions is you get to see people experience this masterpiece of a series for the first time. The worst part is having to wait so long for them to get to the episodes you know will get a great reaction. Glad to see you’re starting it, know you’ll thoroughly enjoy it.
Will be cool going through this series again. It truly is amazing. And the way it finishes it absolutely spectacular. You likely won't ever see something quite like this again.
The show has such a good story that stays consistent throughout all seasons. It’s great to see fans showing so much love in all the comments. The whole crew definitely deserves the praise they get.
It really is one of the best shows of all time, because it's what completely changed the art of television for the better. Bryan Cranston is one of my all time favorite actors and he's been in four of my all time favorite movies (Little Miss Sunshine, Saving Private Ryan, That Thing You Do, and Drive). Would love to see your reactions or commentaries to any of those four.
I know this is unrelated to the video, but I appreciate your style with one color t-shirts and nice caps. The reaction, man, so on point! Watching people watching and analysing stuff is my new hobby hehe
Still loving your reactions dude. Welcome to the world of Breaking Bad dude. You will be hooked, shocked, stunned, but the only regret you will feel will be when it ends
One of the things people love about this show is that they took relatively "small" actors and made it work so well. Example: Aaron Paul, aka Pinkman was in a commercial, the Wheel of Fortune and a Korn music video before Breaking Bad, and yet he killed it. I love that.
Idk if someone already mentioned it but I'll type this out anyway. At 11:22 when we get back to the beginning scene and the camera pulls out of the pistol barrel, you mentioned it was a cool shot. Heres how they did it: The have a prop built in the shape of the pistol. The front end is a lot larger so they can "pull the camera out of the barrel. The model uses some light distortion to make the front and back seem equal in size. For the shot to be smooth, they had to mount it on a small stand. That's why you can't see the bottom of the gun in the shot, and if you look a bit closer you can see his fingers slightly fidgeting while the pistol stays perfectly still. Just thought you might like to know that 👍
Ah nice! I was just looking for a reason to binge this for the millionth time but this is better! Love to see the first reaction cause I can't have that anymore! 😭😂 Gonna watch every episode for sure! Keep it up man!
Bryan Cranston was known, but this show pretty much elevated him to legendary status. Also, they had doubts about Bryan taking the role of Walt, considering his comedy background. They sure changed their minds after his audition.

Be sure to ask your viewers about some of the shots you should look back at. The staging and cinematography are on point on this show. It's not just about the beauty of the frame, but that the purpose of what's in frame is incredibly deliberate. How the shot moves and paced just gets better and better as this show matures. It's the only show I've watched it's entire series day of air. Including this premiere, which i watched twice on premiere day and fell in love with.

Love how much your subscription tally is growing too, it just shows that there is something genuinely appealing about who you are as a person and also your appreciation for the art of film and TV creation. The X-men reaction saga was amazing. Love that you're watching this series and also that you've started Tarantino's work, can't wait for more of that. I'm sure you must be inundated with requests, but if I may add my own - any of Joss Whedon's TV shows is well worth the investment of time. Buffy contains the most incredible solo episodes, but the show itself is extremely long and littered with mediocre episodes as well, so I'd suggest Firefly and Dollhouse to begin with, if you're willing to give it a shot. Also, if you haven't seen Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg's "Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy", then I highly recommend you remedy that. Thanks for your videos bro, I'm really enjoying re-experiencing all these amazing creations through your eyes.

This is my all time favorite show I've ever watched. From Start to finish, it was amazing. Most shows tend to not stick the landing in my opinion, but this one nails it. Enjoy this absolute masterpiece of a show.
The lady who put the meth-cooking montage together is Kelley Dixon. At the time, she was an assistant editor. After her fantastic work in the pilot, she became one of the two main editors for the entirety of the show (and it's spin-off show. The spin-off show is just as good, if not better than BrBa). She also hosted the Breaking Bad Insider Podcast. One of her upcoming projects is the Disney+ show Falcon & the Winter Soldier.
Also I like what you had to say about the cinematography of the show. I know a lot of people who weren't to impressed by it, but i thought it was amazing. So many unique camera angles and shots throughout.
If the first season ever feels a bit slow, just hold on. This show is all about the slow burn. And in general, each season is better than the last. I truly hope you enjoy this journey!
Dude... I was watching Captain America Winter Soldier, saw this video in my subscription, looked up how to put my iPhone screen on the TV, and here I am. I hope you enjoy the ride. I’ll enjoy the reaction👍🏾
I had to give up my cable service one week after this first episode aired. I waited until 5 or 6 years later....after the series finale....before running out & buying up the individual seasons on DVD. I think I binge-watched all 62 episodes in about a month. Not sure how YOU'RE viewing it.....but I recommend buying the entire series on DVD. It's commercial-free, and you'll get all the special features.....including optional commentary tracks on a lot of the episodes. I know I've gone back to watch the show multiple times already, so I'm glad I just straight-up bought it. I'm about to turn 65, so I can tell you I've seen a LOT of television shows over the decades. 'Breaking Bad' has topped them all.
Yessss Breaking BADDDDDD!!!!! Don't want to get ahead of myself too much but you have to do Better Call Saul next which is a spin off and is an AWESOME show as well.
To answer the household name of Cranston question. I think he was fairly well known before this because of Malcolm in the Middle. Even though it wasn't a well-watched show, it was hugely advertised on tv. So many people did know him before even if they didn't watch.
I love this so much 😁 my favorite show of all time!!! I feel such a strong connection with this show... It's the way it's filmed, the location... I don't know how to explain it but it's like a Saturday feeling 😍
This show got rejected by four or five networks before landing on AMC. They didn't think it would work because of Bryan Cranston, due to his goofy role in Malcolm in the Middle. FX loved it, but didn't want another anti-hero show because they already had Sons of Anarchy
Bryan Cranston called this show "the role of his life" several years ago. It's definitely an historical series.
While this is my favorite show of all time, to be fair he hasn't done much of note for it to not be the role of his life. His second biggest gig of his life is a side character on Malcolm in the middle.

You're gonna love this mate!!! Best show of all time for sure!!!
I think s1 was better the s2 and I do slightly like s4 more then s5 although it's pretty close.
@brad renfroe the middle of season 1 is a little slow but still better than most everything else on TV.
No Better Call Saul is a slow burn compared to this.
Man you are in for a real treat! Can't wait for you to get to the season 4 finale!
Imo, the greatest TV-series ever made. Fun fact: It's even better on the second viewing
Ive rewatched Breaking Bad many times and excited to re enjoy the journey with you! Also, Go Jazz!!!
Dude... I was watching Captain America Winter Soldier, saw this video in my subscription, looked up how to put my iPhone screen on the TV, and here I am. I hope you enjoy the ride. I’ll enjoy the reaction👍🏾
This is the best series ever. In terms of drama it’s the best I’ve seen. This abs peaky blinders are just top tier drama series of the last 20 years
My man getting me through a night shift in the UK with this content. 🇬🇧
'Breaking Bad' has topped them all.
you're going to love this show so much.. should really add a 'what an amazing shot' counter for this
If you like this show u show definitely consider watching better call saul
I've finished this show twice and hundred of reaction videos and still not get bored about it :)
Yessss Breaking BADDDDDD!!!!! Don't want to get ahead of myself too much but you have to do Better Call Saul next which is a spin off and is an AWESOME show as well.
great!
one of d greatest dramas ever, u have a long way to go, can't wait for u're other reactions to future episodes :)
I wish I could lose my memory in order to watch this again, you're so lucky haha. The last 2 seasons in particular are legendary.
You've picked a winner there, it gets better and better, enjoy the ride.
To answer the household name of Cranston question. I think he was fairly well known before this because of Malcolm in the Middle. Even though it wasn't a well-watched show, it was hugely advertised on tv. So many people did know him before even if they didn't watch.
WOW! This is going to be a great reaction series. Best show of all time, easily
Been binging your videos and I really enjoy them! Super excited to see you watch this show so I’ve hit hat subscribe button!
To me the secret ingredient of breaking bad is the incredibly tense drama created by Walt having a brother in law in the DEA. Brilliant 🙏🏻
I love this so much 😁 my favorite show of all time!!! I feel such a strong connection with this show... It's the way it's filmed, the location... I don't know how to explain it but it's like a Saturday feeling 😍
I love your videos man ! Great taste in movies
This show got rejected by four or five networks before landing on AMC. They didn't think it would work because of Bryan Cranston, due to his goofy role in Malcolm in the Middle. FX loved it, but didn't want another anti-hero show because they already had Sons of Anarchy
