Has anyone used the Episoketren System to improve your soccer game? Just simply do a google search. On there you will find a great guidelines about how exactly you can improve your soccer skills. Why not give it a chance? maybe it's going to work for you too.
Me neither. But including these excercises in more funny exercises (shooting exercises, technical drills with team competition) will not get you to the mark of 10000 touches early enough. I also like the message of this excercise, that sounds like: Football is (sometimes) hard work.

I just never liked these drills where the ball gets played exactly the same way to the same person over and over
maybe you could use your creativity and progress it further using different patterns? These drill don't always have to stay the same.
