Thank You for the video. Does it work when Power BI on my computer is closed? How can I make it work out of access to my computer but refresh it online?
what if the Power Automate fails with a 5 min refresh and we have to cancel the dataset refresh in Power BI service. Does Power Automate has a flow or action to cancel out a data refresh? I would like to add this action if my data refresh fails and I can to cancel the data refresh on the Power BI side until the next scheduled API call from Power Automate.
What if you don't want a button? How would you handle a monthly set day of month refresh since Power BI doesn't allow this? I want to just use refresh dataset from power automate, and then schedule it on 7th day of the month
Hi. Thanks for the good video. Could u help me, how to refresh automatically datasets not simultaneously but each after other? I mean, when one dataset finished refreshing, next starts.
Hi Dmytro, If you know how much it takes for each dataset to get refreshed, between each step you can add a delay step, similar to the time you need for refreshing each dataset. Then the next dataset refresh starts after N minutes when the previous one started. Cheers, Shahab
Hello, Amazing vídeo, really helpful, but by progamming the date and time Of the Dataset refresh, this will update a published report, who is already being showed on a TV?
We have 3 types of flows: 1. Instant flows: running by pressing a button by user. 2. Scheduled flows: running by setting a schedule and will run on a specific time. 3. Automated flows: running by an event such as arrival of an email from a specific person, or a mention of your company in social media.
If i add the Run flow button in the same report which I want to refresh it's not refreshing and values are also not refreshing as well while in a published mode
Could people tell me is it this feature available for pro users or free users.. ? Im using free version if i share this flow my team members is it works..?
@@hogolytics With a Power BI Pro license, data refresh is limited to 8 times per day. Does using Power Automate to refresh the data still count toward this limit?
@hogolytics Is there any workaround to refresh the dataset more than 8 times per day?? I have a power bi premium license User.. I have to share my report with pro users. Please suggest
Loved it!! Thank you much for creating it.
Works very fine here, thank you bro!
Hello sir, thanks for the video. I noted that the box that contained the last refresh time didn’t change. Do you know how to fix that?
Great!

How to automate the publish report to app ???
This is unfortunately not an option. You have to explicitly update the App to reflect your changes.
this seems sketchy 😂
Thanks
