Hawaii Day 12; Twin Cities Live Day 8: Maui Whales & Aquarium

We start the last leg of our Tropical Hawaiian Vacation with #twincitieslive and #CarrouselTravel. This is our first full day of our final island of #Maui.
Today, Carrousel Travel booked us for a #PacWhale Classic Whale Watch excursion. We had a fun two-hour tour off the coast of Maui where we tracked a couple of pods of #whales including some newborn calves. www.pacwhale.com/
After our whale watching excursion, we had the option to stay with the group, and return to our resort. Or we could separate and find our own way to return. Luckly for us, across the street from the marina our whale watching excursion is, is the Maui Ocean Center, "the Aquarium of Hawaii." We had plans to visit the aquarium the next day, but since we were already here, why not now? mauioceancenter.com/
After an incredible visit to the aquarium, we made our way back to the resort to change before dinner.
For dinner, we took a ride share back to Lahaina for a fantastic meal at a local restaurant - Mala Ocean Tavern. We each had one of the best steaks of our lives, complete with excellent appetizers and dessert. malatavern.com/ #MalaOceanTavern
