Thank you for subscribing! Yes. I've watched both of their builds. Pask Makes build was crazy with the Kumiko inlay on it. I've also spent a lot of time watching the Nick Schade builds. He designed this kayak and is the person that wrote the book I'm following called "The Strip-built Sea Kayak". There's some other good builds on youtube. One of which (that I can't find now :( ) is where I got the idea of staining the hull a non-typical color. I hope you enjoy the rest of the build.

Everything that Pask Makes is A Work of Art! Purple has a special meaning to me and I really like it on your kayak! I'm Looking Forward to the rest of the build and your first paddle in it! ☮️
