Great job and very thorough. It’s hard to work out what to do and explain at the same time. Thanks for making an excellent video! Now off to replace my broken spring!
The reason your bottom bush is getting chopped out is because you should put the nut on loose and torque it up once the car is on the ground. If you tighten it up on the hoist, the bush will twist when you put the car back down and will eventually fail ;)
@@seanrichards8061 german technology and build quality. The ironman are cheap and I've come across a few that leak from new. The ironman foam cell pro maybe physically big, but that doesn't equate to better. Go the bilstein, you won't regret it.
Ended up going for a dobinson kit for the Prado. There are so many factors at play when considering suspension so I think the brand isn’t the most important

Thanks for taking time to make this helpful video. Looking forward to the upcoming ones.
Thanks for the vid... Got a similar job done today to my 90 series... Gave me an insight on what the mechanics have to go through!
Mate this was your one and only YT vid? It's was great, please make some more like this!
Good job mate. Definately seems easier now. Will be doing a sus upgrade on my 95series
id pick a bilstein shock over an ironman foam cell pro shock any day of the week and twice on sunday!
Hey mate. Any reason that you prefer Bilstein? I’m about to pick up their lift myself and wanted to hear some opinions on them!

My bilstiens were soft. Terrible ride, and when I asked bilstien Australia about rebuilding they didn't want to know me. Poor customer service.
@@hamonwilliams7487 that's unusual, I've never had a problem dealing with them.

Thanks a lot great Job
Well done mate but the shaft should be protected I suppose. Otherwise it won't lastt
So, basically, half the video is watching a silhouette, as the guy filmed all the 'on vehicle' bots against the light
