1. I've known it for pretty long, so easy.
2. You do that by making a MIDI to match the melody, converting the MIDI to audio, then syncing the MIDI audio with the source audio.
3. See, in VideoPad there's features called Split and Unlink Audio and Video. You can split certain scenes in the video to help sync the video with the audio.
4. It's a very complicated process, but to simplify it, three words: Scale, Rotate, Keyframes
