For rc drag racing a 2400kv motor what gearing is good
72,000 rpm - 15% = 61,200 rpm’s

72,000 subtract 15% can’t be 73,000
So Let Me Get This Straight, For A Example, One Arrma Vendetta Has A 3900kv & The Other Has A 3200kv Both Has The Same Gearing (26/50) & They Will Do A Drag Race Let's A Say A 1/4 Mile.. The One With The 3900kv Will Win The Race Right? B/c It Has Higher Kv & The Only Way The 3200kv Would Win The Race If It Had A Taller Pinion Gear, Say 30t?? I'm A Newbie, Still Learning & Trying To Understand...Lol!
Yup in another words they r both very fast but the 3900 is faster now it depends on ur punch level battery and esc if they both got same set up 3900 will win

If I have a 3200 kv motor rpm rated 75,000 can I push it to 83 I wanna put it on 7s but I don’t wanna blow it will it be ok I wanna push it pass it limits just two passes stop
It’s no the kv it’s what motor spec it was made for

Hi, How effiecient is the tp motor for light speedbashing? I am building a custom 2wd speed run/drag car 1/8 scale running MMX8s it weighs 9lb but confused for if I should get the tp 4070cm 2200kv or the castle 1717 or killmode 2900kv? Looking to get 130-140mph would 2wd be possible?
It’s for drag and speed rounds only I wouldn’t recommend it

Run 26 39 and keep it a secret one step at a time then goes down 38 and see the diffrence. Update me bro I’m running this next summer
The v2 won't let you run anything less than a 32T pinion.
