I missed it if you said....does an FDA approved device require a medical professional to use it in a commercial setting?

No, an FDA-approved device does not require a medical professional to use it in a commercial setting. However, if you are planning to use a high-intensity device, it would be wise to undergo some training beforehand.
The need for a medical professional depends on the specific type and classification of the device. If the device is Class III, then you may need to be a medical professional to use it. However, we are not aware of any PEMF devices that fall under Class III, as PEMF devices typically do not meet the criteria for this classification because they are not considered high-risk.

I assume you are referring to our disclaimer at the start of each podcast. The disclaimer is there to emphasize that while we are passionate about educating people on PEMF therapy and its benefits, and despite Andy having a decade of experience in the PEMF industry, he and I are not medical professionals. This means we do not have the qualifications to offer medical advice, and as a legal requirement, we need to make sure people understand this before listening.
