(it even goes further back the ancient greek time) I believe he's the first one to openly argue against the church's dogma (that the earth is the center of the universe, therefore it doesn't move), even sent to inquisition court to "repent" over the issue. Yes Crazy it's definitely paying homage to black ballroom and drag culture within the song and music video. Including waacking, and voguing dance styles. Love to see representation and diversity in K-pop. You're going to have to fight a lot of fearnots for Chaewon cause she is probably the most popular member along with Yunjin aka Jennnifer. Those two are my biases. I have seen a lot of drag shows over the years and I agree, it's not something I would watch all the time but a fun event to attend from time to time. My first experience I was 17 at an all-ages event and there was a drag queen who was known to the city I watched her perform some iconic songs and lip-syncing some iconic songs today like Beyonce. It looked like she didn't know the words and over-exaggerated words with her mouth and just mouthed the word "watermelon" which is a technique used to fool the audience. I was at a Spice Girls drag show and I got pulled up on stage by a drag queen dressed up as sporty spice which was fun even though I was drunk as hell.

I can’t speak with great detail about LGBTQ+ featuring in K-pop but yes my understanding is that it is a double-edged sword-it’s cool until it’s not. I don’t know about 1st gen but 2nd gen did a lot to start softening the boundaries-2NE1 and Big Bang/G Dragon come to mind. 3rd gen had a lot more hints and winks and nods with groups like Twice having special bonds between some members. Mamamoo, though, has been much more overt in their support of the community and continue to be celebrated for it. This is also not the first time Le Sserafim has demonstrated their support as they added a Korean trans dance troupe to their stage performance at one of the awards shows at the end of 2023. It’s good to see. I would love to see you react to Eve, Psyche and the Bluebeard’s Wife, also a favourite of mine. Please be aware that they did a challenge where they left an open verse inviting people to contribute and Jurin of XG stepped up. There is a mashup bringing those together and also a very enjoyable mashup that includes but Jurin and BIBI’s verse.
