Question: what made you make the new faces? Is it for face tracking or something?
For smooth facial expressions. I made the head and body in blender, attached a bone armature to it, then exported it as a fbx to import in Roblox studio. Roblox has a guide if you search 'Creating Basic Heads' on their creator hub website (Roblox website - Create tab - Documentation - Overview - Search for 'Creating Basic Heads'). It's a good place to start learning the basics \o/
