the way he talked about his son Will and also he mentioned 2 stepkids is so natural. I just touched by the comment from his ex partner about how nice and lovely he is, not only to his own son, but also another kids from Meg. A true gentleman in any aspects.
He deserves the Oscar!!!!!! I'm blown away by his talent. After spending 4 years in Europe (Great Britain) I'd grown tired of hearing the British accent. Everything was bloody this and bloody that........but all of that has gone out of the door..."slam"!!! I can watch this genius of an actor 24/7 in spite of his accent. :) if he doesn't win the Oscar for best actor; the Academy needs to disband and let the viewers decide.
His charm never seem to fade. He is just the same sweet guy no matter how many interviews he makes. He seems uncomfortable in serious interviews like this and tends to be more funny a
Ooops didn't finish that last comment, accidentally tapped the wrong button... Anyway I was gonna say he is funnier when interviewed by men as in late night shows. With women, most of his interviews are formal. Love him at all interviews anyway.
Colin is a true king among actors !!! It's a pity that he got few big movie roles. Stupid directors didn't let him play Hamlet and King Lear. Instead, they wrote a stupid Darcy sequel for him. Although he played the real Darcy with genius!!! The Best Darvey and the Best TV series of 1995!! And it's a pity that he and Jennifer didn't create a real family!!!
@SJGibbons1000 Actually in the DVD commentary, the director notes that after George VI died in 1952, Logue died just over a year later, like on old married couple who was ready to go (Logue's actual wife had also already passed at this point).

Colin deserves an Oscar he is such a wonderful actor and he doesn't even have to say anything he can act with his eyes.

He deserved also a Oscar for a single man

I haven't seen it yet, but if he equals his "Mr. Darcy" it has got to be great.

@teeger66 He seems to like that phrase a lot. He used in interviews with Letterman and Katie Couric.
