Camille Sant-Saens' Organ Symphony is my most favourite classical music. It provides a wonderful climax to the music for the Impressions de France attraction in Walt Disney World's Florida Epcot Centre and It's always my number one when I vote for Classic FM's Annual Hall of Fame.
