The protagonists persona being Martian is also clever because it’s one of the few cryptids that most cultures acknowledge. Very fitting for the leader of a diverse multi national team.
This is by FAR the best p6 concept ive ever seen. Would love to see more from this idea, such as musical style, ui design and just more character design. I love the funny monkey :D
Oh my goodness, the fact that according to leaks, the two protagonists will have opposing views on something, and that’s the game’s main conflict? Are you sure you weren’t part of the writing team for Persona 6?
It’s so interesting to see everyone’s different vision for a Persona 6, I’ve seen Nostalgia, I’ve seen Health and I personally want to see Loneliness as a theme, but Martian being the main protagonist’s persona sold me.
Are you hoping for Loneliness to be the theme because of VampireBadger’s ao3 Persona fanfic? Cuz that’d be pretty cool ngl. Really doubt it’d ever be picked up by ATLUS though, since it completely derails the canonical stories of P4 and P5, but the concept is really cool NGL (the fic in question is the Forarmed Is Forewarned series, where young Joker comes to live in Inaba with the Dojimas, just as P4’s events begin, which understandably changes pretty much everything from that point on. Absolutely peak fanfic series, and I love it to bits)
@@shleyal19 I've never heard about that, actually. My idea for a theme of "loneliness" came from the effect that the pandemic caused on the entire world. It would be fascinating to see a game about bonds between others be set in a city that seems empty. No murmuring, no interaction. Everyone is closed off to the outside world and only communicates either through text or barely at all. Like, as the game progresses the area you live in opens it's windows, people start trying to heal. That sort of thing seems perfect for a Persona plot.
@@heehomgee4671 from a story perspective, it’s great and relatable. But from a gameplay standpoint, it’d be extremely limited and boring if you can’t go outside or interact with anyone in-person. A huge chunk of the Persona franchise’s theme is about the strength of interpersonal connection and bonds. Ones that would be very difficult to replicate with online strangers, even if they’re banding together over some supernatural Metaverse shenanigans. It’d be a great concept for a short story or game, but not nearly as good in execution for Persona’s general style and linear day-to-day storytelling.
If P6 doesn’t end up anything like this, it could be good for an original Persona inspired game. In fact I do have an idea for the MC’s ultimate Persona. Goldilocks Zone, a believed area where Earth-like planet that humans could possibly live could exist. Its design could have a humanoid doll that could be designed like a spaceship floating around a planet that looks like Earth. For Kimiko, hers could be Hachishakusama, the 8 foot tall woman. Kai’s could be the Jersey Devil. Momozaru’s could be Nyalmo which in myths is what Yetis could become the higher they climb and “wander the eternal snows”. I’d be willing to do more
Oh these ideas are insanely cool!! Some of them even fit in really well with the direction I'm planning to take the story too, so I might have to steal some of these if I continue this project (with credit ofc). Also, this concept was actually originally made for an original game pitch project I had at university and included some pokemon snap style gameplay systems to differentiate from persona, so you clearly see the vision.
i can just imagine the hide behind being the mascot monkes best friend and a comically segment where kai asked it so summon a banana for him but he just summons a random fruit instead
I really loved Martian and Hidebehind's designs. I really hope you make more of these, your ideas are really creative and a lot of potencial, especially the believe aspect. Like someone is an environmental activist that believes the world is going to ruin and their dungeon is like a destroyed factory or oil rig
Small Suggestion: - Maybe instead of “Martian” the Protag’s persona is called “Roswell”, as in Roswell Greys, the common type of alien stereotype (Huge head, bug eyes, and Grey Skin). I don’t think the design needs any changes, but Roswell just sounds more like a persona name to me. - The Hide-Behind design is a little too much like a shadow form than a persona, it almost feels like it relies too much on the public’s view, rather than the psyche of the user. Maybe make the small Forest sprite actually pilots the tree like an actual mech. But other than that, I love this series and I’m excited to see where it leads!
I do understand the name Martian making it feel less like a character (I felt that too), and the Roswell Grey idea does still fit with the protag (Denji as another commentor and now I like to call him) being a foreigner in a strange new world and The Fool aracana being defined as a Blank Slate Person. but Martian is a name I think I an get used too, its not the worse persona name to say as you summon it
Dawg PLEASE do more, I don’t even know too much about Persona but i’m sooo interested now, PokeTubers making Fakemon is so iconic and Ive always wanted to see it with Tokusatsu I DIDNT EVEN KNOW PERSONA WAS A POSSIBILITY Also as a black man with dreads i have so much respect that you avoided the Killmonger
If you’re up for more character ideas for a possible future video, I think more international students with foreign legends as their personas would be cool. As a brazilian, I’d like to suggest some of our cryptids: - Curupira, a forest protector spirit whose feet are on backwards so that his footprints lead intruders to get lost in the forest. Would work for a Temperance Arcana - Boto-cor-de-rosa: A pink river dolphin that, in full moon nights, turns into a handsome young man and… gets intimate with young women in parties in the countryside, would work well as a Lovers arcana - Capelobo: this one is just so weird it’s fun, it’s like a wereanteater that’s also a vampire… maybe Devil Arcana?
@@zumanodazideia5895To add to that, as a Mexican, I think a Curse type persona based of La Llorona would be an awesome design, possibly being a part of the Lovers Arcana
One idea I've had for a new party member in Persona would be for that party member to initially share arcanas with another party member out of looking up to them and wanting to be exactly like them, but then after some major character development, they end up growing into their own and change arcanas via story progress. Kinda like Persona 4's Strength Social Link having two characters, but mixed with Persona 5 Royal's Justice and Faith Confidants but with party members. For example, both would share the Moon arcana, but then one of them turns into the Sun arcana if you've progressed the social link/confidant up to a certain rank before then.
I could easily see Mr Stevenson's Persona be the Owlman given the fact that both cryptids and the navigator use foresight and both give information from a distance plus it'd be cool as well as the Owlman is also tied to britain
I would love to have Persona 6 focusing on young artists of various types, a painter, a graffiti artist, a designer, a fashionista, a graphic artist, a cartoonist, an animator, and exploring the life of an artist, his insecurities, difficulties, everyday life , how society sees them and how the media treats art. Just as Persona 5 criticizes Japanese society, I think it would mean a lot to many artists (and to me) if it explored how media views artists, especially animation, down. This could also highlight the negative and positive sides of being an artist. But that's just my perspective as an artist. I also think that the way personas are activated is with a different artistic item depending on the character. I don't know what themes would be interesting to focus on, but that's what I wish Persona 6 could be, but your idea is very interesting too! maybe the theme of creativity and dreams?
I can't think of the theme that Persona 6 will tackle. P1 Occult and Rumors P2 are Cults and Memories P3 Death, Struggle and Moving Forward (the Answer) P4 Truth and Friendship P5 Justice and Rebellion
I’ve heard lots of people talk about nature and technology for their concepts. What if we incorporate both of these? Maybe it could be a commentary on how media shapes us and how reliant we are on it. And also the bad influence it may have on people. And how it isn’t fair to everyone In a day and age where people’s primary source of entertainment is overly consuming media, this group of artists of all kinds try to combat it I assume my other comment got deleted.. and it does appear I’m sorry about that 😢 What I said was for their hideout, I’d love for it to be a once flourishing building with a community of people that used to be there, now run down by the very same people. I can see pollution play into this game concept too? But haven’t really thought about how. I would also love to see graffiti all over the walls of the building and stuff! And for the UI I want it to be full with style, but in a different way than persona 5 is. I want to see multiple art styles or techniques incorporated into it, and maybe referencing some great influential artists. Haven’t really thought about the persona designs but maybe.. they could be based on characters from paintings? I can’t think of any examples but it sounds cool! I wonder if they would keep the formula of fighting a god at the end. What kind of god would you fight in this kind of story? Some sort of crypto god? Or hyper intelligent ai module that wants to strip art of its soul and humanity? Dunno. I’m sure way smarter and educated people can have a better suggestion I’m wondering if the message of my concept would be able to be realized by a lot of people, not just artists. I guess some people just don’t really care for art, which sucks..
I think an interesting idea for a character would be the "nerd" character in films. They could be a student who got in through their programing skills, but prefers to use such skills to make games, causing others to question why they would come to such a prestigious school for something so "unimportant". Similarly to Kai, this character doesn't talk with many people, but it's to the point where people question if they even exist. As for the dungeon, it could take place in an abandoned arcade. At first, it's a maze of game cabinets and neon lights, but as you go deeper it shifts into a retro-style dungeon, reminiscent of the 8-bit dungeon from Persona 4. The further you go, the less "bits" the surroundings have, and more glitches and distortions occur. Finally, you reach the depths to find a room nearly corrupted by glitches, with a single large void in the back. In front of said void is the shadow of the student, glitching and fading in and out. The beliefs of the students led to the shadow being put into a limbo-like state between existence and nothingness. After completing the boss fight, the student decides to break the beliefs of the school by making themselves known through their games and stories. The persona earned from this encounter would either be MISSINGNO, the glitch Pokémon from the first games, or Polybius, a game cabinet that was said to be a mind-control experiment. (I think, this is off the top of my head.) The otherworld outfit would be somewhat similar to Eugene's from Infamous Second Son, their weapon would be a sword and shield originally made for cosplay, and their camera for summoning their persona would be one of those high-tech glasses made to record videos and take phone calls.
Those two are both badass persona idea's and fitting for this character, but id probably go with Polybius because it might fit a little better, and im not entiely sure how Missingno would go down in the eyes of nintendo though what would they evolve into, or maybe they evolve into eachother Missingno---->Polybius
Love this idea. If you do go with their persona being Polybius, i can see their abilities being geared torwards stuff like debuffs and status effects, mimicking the effect the actual arcade machine was said to have on people. The element affinity could even be electricity because it's a _damn arcade machine_ but that depends on the design i suppose
As someone who grew up with Scooby-Doo and Ben 10(which is probably why i like stuff like Megaten,Bleach, D Gray Man and Nasuverse), this Persona concept is very appealing to me. I hope I dont bother with the long comment: The international school was a great idea, it's a good way to justify having different people and beliefs interacting. For the personas in the video, I have some ideas for evolved forms: 1)First idea i had immediately was having the Yeti evolve to the Snow Lion, the emblem of Tibet. 2)For the Hidebehind, i think it would be cool for it to evolve to a Loa from Louisiana/New Orleans Voodoo. Blanc Dani(aka Grandfather Snake and other names), is a loa commonly depicted as a snake associated with healing toxins and bringing defeat to enemies. 3)for Kuchisake-Onna, Ame-no-Uzume, shinto kami deity of dawn, meditation, mirth, revelry and art. This fits the mean-girl redemption arc and it would be cool to see a redesign of this popular Megami Tensei demon. 4)The natural evolution for Martians alien design following the theme of belief would be the godlike alien Great Old Ones from Lovecrafts Yog-Sothothery, Cthulhu fits perfectly, it's easy to imagine a scene of Martian shedding its suit like a bug exoskeleton, only to reveal a large octopus dragon with priest attire(Cthulhu is the High Priest of the Great Old Ones). As for new character ideas following high school/horror archetypes: Theater Kid: Tomboy Scottish girl that plays Bagpipes and is trying to fit in the music club. As expected, her persona would be Nessie. Her ultimate would be Beira the Queen of Winter, first and strongest of the Cailleach(Cailleach are old woman/hag deities, associated with the creation of the country, formation of hills and lochs and have control of weather and the seas. The channel Liath Wolf has a video talking about Beira) Nerd: it's a obvious trope, I'm gonna suggest brazilian. The persona could be the Capelobo from native legend, a giant anteater humanoid, similar to a werewolf(it's even called sometimes as "north werewolf"), but it's kill method is commonly said to be piercing the skull and eating the brain(which in a morbid way fits the nerd). Hes ultimate would be Sumé, the Tupi-Guarani god of Wisdom and Law(He emerged from the sea, as a wise man described with white skin and beard, he passed he's wisdom to the people teaching them the use of fire, agriculture, fish hooks , painting, tattoos, healing, and social law. He insisted on ending the habits of polygamy and cannibalism which infuriated the chiefs. Because of this, in one morning he was received with arrows, but the arrows were magically reflected killing the archers instead. After this the god promised coming back to discipline the people before fliying away to the sea again)
God this is so good! Out of all the P6 concepts out there typically follow the green with a theme of health and illness, it’s so refreshing and awesome to this with a wholly new take on things, really hoping you do a follow up with more party members and even story beats, it’s so good!
Here's an idea for a female party member: Name: Yoru Yabureme Age: 15 Grade: First Year Arcana: Temperance Weapon: Small Harpoon Camera: Stealth Underwater Camera Persona: Ningyo( a Japanese mermaid where eating it will live a very long life) Bio: 10 years ago, Yoru lost her father when she was five. Her father was a deep sea diver looking for undiscovered sea life when he was attacked by a Great White Shark. With her father deceased, Yoru's mother had to work multiple jobs to support her daughter. She entered the school only by scholarship, yet she still unable to afford things for herself. She takes many part time jobs to support herself while trying to do well on her classes. With so much pressure balancing her academic life, she is drawn to the other world and encounter her other self on how to be done with so many difficulties in her life.
From this description, I can tell you now if this was the case, her ultimate persona has to be the Kraken! She takes on multiple part time jobs on her own, like having multiple sets of hands! The Kraken is supposed to be huge and uncontested in the sea, which could represent the resolve Yoru has when her confidant/story arc (in P3 terms) resolves. The harpoon and stealth camera gives me this idea. As for her arc, since she's the temperance, maybe she's too tunnel visioned on her problems to pursue her desire to discover her passions. She's 15, so considerably young, yet taking on all of these jobs, so perhaps the public tries to take advantage of her with bribes for more money. That's when rumors start spreading that she'll do anything more money, all you have to do is bait her. All of these tasks overwhelmed her because of her belief that she can do every task on her own, but she takes a friend's suggestion and goes on a walk, which is how she ended up near the lake/beach. Her lair is probably an underwater base covered in glass, and the more you learn about her the more the glass breaks because of her self-destructive nature. After the arc, maybe her money problem was because her mom was always sending money, but she didn't think it was fair to her mom, and she wanted to prove herself by her own means. Or maybe she gets support from the group so that she doesn't have to rely on so many jobs. I think her addition to the group would be funny too, considering the scholarship and jobs, maybe she's really smart like Futaba but poor like Yusuke. She gives those kinds of nerdy-broke energy.
Kishiro Denji would be a good name for the protagonist Denji- meaning electromagnetic and could be a reference to how the protagonist is the magnet for the strange Kishiro- meaning rare, unusual, and uncommon. Perfect for a setting full of cryptids
You know if thats the name I feel like we could take it a bit more literally too and perhaps change the persona into something similar to that of the thunderbird
I really love your concepts of the personas themselves being based on urban legends; that's creative, and I dig that idea. Also, Kai has a super cool design.
Ok I have this Velvet Room idea, Our main character would wake up in the middle of the night in a dark room. All of sudden, a blue campfire will light up lighting up the room to show he’s inside a cabin with a strange man that being Igor. Of course this is just an idea but I thought it would be really cool if a Velvet Room would be like a cabin as it fits with the setting and acts like a cozy place to literally fuse your personas by burning them with the fire place. Or heck have their heads chop off with axe, imagine that!!
I thought of something similar in my own comment, but rather than burning or chopping the Personas, Igor or his attendant will burn the Persona’s printed photograph to fuse them, sorta like in Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire, cook the photos like marshmallows on a stick to sacrifice them to another Persona, etc. P5’s Igor was rescued from the impersonator by this point, and likely managed to get the Velvet Room to be much less sadistic and corrupted by Yaldy’s influence, so the resulting fusions and services won’t be nearly as gory or execution-like as they were under Yaldy’s reign.
DAWG I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR CONCEPT SO MUCH!!!! I've been wanting a video like this for a while and I've only ever found one other good one 😭😭😭. The idea for cryptids is such a unique idea and I'm surprised no one else has suggested it before. The hispanic in me would love to see a persona based on La Llorona or Chupacabra (though I feel like La Llorona has a lot more potential for creating a character that would wield said persona) As for a velvet room concept, maybe a laboratory of sorts? Not the most original idea but most people often associate aliens with area 51 where it's thought the US government keeps them to experiment on them. The attendant could wear a lab coat and fuse personas by putting each of them in a cloning vat and pulling a lever to fuse both of them into one! It wouldn't be grusome like P5, since Igor is actually Igor this time, but it's a neat concept that I think could fit with the theme! P.S - If you're up for it, plz plz PLZ make another video for this concept, it has a lot of potential and I would be thrilled to see more of it
I’m imagining the Velvet Room as a supernaturally large tent or hunter’s lodge, with a big ever-burning bonfire pit in the middle acting as the Persona Fusion ritual. You toss the photos of two Persona into the bonfire like a Greek offering to the gods, where they burst into magic vapor and combine above the fire into a photograph of the resulting Persona. Much less violent than the twisted Velvet Room’s Fusions run by Fake Igor before he was overthrown, but equally as eye-catching. Maybe for the Persona Strengthening ritual, the sacrificed Persona’s photograph gets pierced on a stick like a marshmallow, then melted onto the chosen Persona to fuse into it, and for the Itemization ritual, something to do with wood sculpting or weaving a torn photo into a blank item to turn it into the desired item?
@@shleyal19 as much as I think The Velvet Room as a Lab would lead to some cool imagry... The Velvet Room as a campsite might be more thematically appropriate to the protag, and the persona rituals taking the form of camping activities could be cute as for the assistant someone in a blue camp councillar uniform definitly, and as for the name, I thought Francisca with the lab but for the campsite how about Abigal, or if theirs a Femc, Johnathan
i adore this concept! if we're going all in on the American High School Stereotypes for the party members, you've gotta have a nerd character! Not sure about nationality or anything, but i think a D&D/TTRPG fanatic could work as either a final navigator or glass-cannon type with terrible defenses but a really high magic stat. I'd imagine his persona/story would have something to do with the Satanic Panic, and the general aversion the public has for things that are unusual or that they don't understand. For arcana, considering magician is taken, Chariot? It's role in the fools journey is to push the story forward, and as an adventuring fanatic he'd be eager to go on a quest of his own. sorry for the text dump lol i just had thoughts.
I would actually suggest Moon for the Arcana for that character. We've never got any of the Astral Body Arcana as playable characters, so to have a Nerd who's Hobbies are ostracized for being weird feed into their lack of self-confidence echo into their character. Plus Chariot unfortunately is paired with fairly physical characters (Kaz, Chie, Ryuji) who all have something holding them back (more often, a physical injury).
This is a really cool concept!! Cryptids are such a large group of folklore and mythology that I’m surprised hasn’t been explored much in the Persona series, and your take on them are really fun. I can’t wait to see more, especially of the characters! Maybe for a party member, there could be a funny man type character? I know that archetype is usually filled by the best bro character, but it would be interesting to see outside that concept. Maybe they could be trying to uphold the school’s belief of them being the class clown, when reality they are more complex under the surface????
What if one of the party members is an avid internet user who believes in the existence of various virtual creepypastas and chain letter curses, so their Lair would have shadows that look like parodies on haunted video game characters, modern email ghosts, parodies of infamous slasher killers, and perhaps an SCP adjacent reference or two sprinkled in. It would add the modern representation to the theme of beliefs and mysteries, which is something that must not be overlooked in the plot. Think Slenderman, Smile Dog, Carmen Winstead, Michael Myers, The Flesh That Hates, Sonic.exe, etc. Perhaps another Confidant would initially be a stuck up, hardcore skeptic who completely refuses to acknowledge the existence of Shadows, even when they appear directly in front of them, and tries in vain to rationalize them as costumed people pulling pranks or wild animals, but quickly is forced to realize that monsters may in fact be real and actively dangerous to their life. Maybe they initially see someone use a Persona and casting magic, and tries to rationalize it as some sorta light show with special effects, but when they get their own Persona, they slowly begin to stray away from their stifling and boring beliefs. Maybe they grew up in an excessively religious household and are now atheistic out of spite towards their dogmatic parents. They could be somewhere from Europe, from a less religious, more industrial country like Great Britain or France. Initially I was gonna say Germany, Ireland or Norway, but those have an infamously big folklore presence in their cultures. A young adult Russian political activist could be a cool Confidant idea to explore, someone who grew up in a poor town and came to this school on an Economics scholarship, as an excuse to study different forms of government up close, who dreams of someday returning and fixing their own country’s blatantly corrupt government, and is a fairly wise and resourceful person, whose Lair brings slavic folklore to the table. Think Baba Yaga, Koschei the Deathless, Leshy, Kolobok, Kikimora, Tugarin or Gorinich, etc. It would be an interesting parallel to Yoshida Toranosuke from P5, as a contrasting member of differing political and cultural beliefs. Maybe Koschei, a wise but dangerous undead tyrant king, could be their Persona if you choose to make them a party member rather than just an outsider Confidant. Another Confidant idea would be an elderly lady at the same shrine the mascot primate lives in, who staunchly believes in the existence of Yokai and the practice of pacifism, giving bonuses to Shadow Negotiation and calming the Lairs with the growth of her Arcana. Her own Lair would exemplify traditional Japanese beliefs, metaphorically highlighting the protagonist’s own heritage or something, and would contain various Yokai of varying infamy and power as its Shadows. This gives the option of encountering many different Personas from previous games of the franchise, while also mixing in new personas focusing solely on traditional old Japanese spirits and gods. Speaking of the divine, what about the Velvet Room and its occupants? I think a supernaturally massive camping tent with an ever-burning campfire would be a great setting, and Igor sits by the fire, on a chopped tree stump. The attendant’s name would be some reference to a character from Frankenstein, following the ongoing theme. The fusion rituals would involve tossing Personas into the fire like some Greek offering to the gods, and from the magical persona smoke, the resulting Persona would coalesce right above the campfire, so it’s little introduction speech, and turn into a printed photograph which softly flutters down like a feather, to the protagonist to be picked up. I can’t think of any other ritual cutscenes at the moment, but since this is the real Igor after Persona 5, the Velvet Room won’t be nearly as menacing or violent in its operations as it was before, so you take from that what you will. Also, I’m curious what the final true BBEG will be all about, since it’s such a massive mashup of cultures and beliefs that any random god would be a bit meaningless. I’m wondering if maybe the story culminates with a battle against the personification of blind zealotry, maybe the monotheistic Christian god, maybe a custom monstrous amalgamation acting as the mastermind behind a cult conspiracy the protagonist and his crew are trying to uncover before they kidnap and disappear any more civilians for their nefarious purposes? Who knows? How many of the townsfolk are cultists and how many are innocents at risk of being taken? Are the cultists high tech and do they know anything about the Metaverse, or are they a more standard stereotypical fantasy evil cult that does blood sacrifices to appease their deity? If they know of the Metaverse, how’d they come across it, and what do they do with the townspeople and tourists that they kidnap? How does the protagonist fare when he inevitably gets involved with the cult’s whole deal? Hope I helped spark some ideas and inspirations with these examples. Feel free to take any of these ideas as your own btw. Just make sure to flesh them out some more beforehand.
@@sparkydoingthings9244 some sorta parody on him could definitely be a roaming Shadow for sure, but I was leaning more towards (thinly parodied) Sonic.exe or Jeff The Killer as this Confidant’s true Persona. An epitome of the internet cryptid. Or, if you’re feeling extra spicy and malicious, why not go straight for a Roko’s Basilisk Persona?
These are some really fantastic ideas. Thanks so much for engaging with the concept to this degree. I'll credit you if I end up stealing any of these ideas!
@@ReomaArt really happy to see your approval of my ramblings! If I were capable of writing a fanfiction of your version of P6, I would’ve. Sadly, I don’t have the mental strength or imagination necessary to pull that off, so the responsibility of fleshing this project out still lays on you and the comments section lol
Man holy shit the concept is 🔥 I’ve probably watched dozens of persona 6 concept videos out of boredom and this is by far the best one. If you ever continue this I’d like to see your concept for the deity/main villain in p6.
I’m betting on it being a personification of blind worship/zealotry, either the Christian God (unlikely) or a monstrous amalgamation of various deities around the world, and the main antagonists are an evil cult hiding amongst the town’s citizens, tossing unlucky tourists through a big hole into the Metaverse, to feed their patron deity by letting it brainwash them into becoming followers of it, with their base of operations hidden deep inside the mountains or forest as a late-endgame area.
I love your concepts! Doubling down on Carl Jung's concepts is just perfect! And given Persona's roots in Shin Megami Tensei roots, I think the UMA, Haunt, and Foul Demons can be prominent enemy Shadows (or are you using Persona 3 and 4's Midnight Shadows?). Also, here's my take on a Villain OC (this concept's Strega, Adachi, or Akechi): Name: Tendo Kokurou Age: 44 Weapon: Machete Camera: Polaroid Persona: Nightstalker (aka Richard Ramirez) Arcana: Devil Bio: a host for a webshow that is akin to "Ripley's Believe it or Not!" or any bogus History Channel brainrot shows. Recently gained a boom of viewership after filming his show in the surrounding woods, and prefers to keep the occupation of said woods where he films at to be "exclusive." He also dresses like Jason, minus the mask.
You know, I spent like 3 weeks making this video assuming it probably would flop hard, and it still most likely will, but it was all worth it for this comment. Thank you so much for the high praise and I love your ideas a lot!! Glad the video captured your imagination.
@@ReomaArt Don't stop on our account. I support creative work like yours! Like Persona 6, believe in your own talents, but don't be afraid to ask for help! P.S. You have my blessing to use my OC in the comments, if it comes to.
If you think the jacket being green is too much, maybe make the camera and/or goggles green? Kind of like how Joker's gloves were the P5 red? A minor thing, but if the MC's persona is a martian, and the MC is Japanese, should it not resemble the Japanese stereotypical Martian? Octopus looking thing with tentacle legs and a big head/body. Maybe change it to "Alien" or "Explorer" or something a little more vague. IIRC, the reason the Chariot is almost always an early social link is because the Chariot arcana is supposed to represent what sparks a plot line. Well, in P4 and P5 they do at least. Chie's suggestion of watching the Midnight Channel and Ryuji's actions in the first few days of P5 being prime examples. Then again, I barely understand anything about the Arcanas in general so take that with a grain of salt. Not sure about future ideas. Maybe whoever becomes the full time navigator (either an awakened Mr Stevenson or someone else) awakens to a main character variant of Moth Man? In regards to the lore that they predicted that bridge collapse?
Hey, I love this video and concept! But just to warn you, the Wendigo isnt a cryptid, its a cultural entity from Native American tribes, and one Indigenous folks have stated shouldnt be fictionalized or glamorized. They say doing so is disrespectful. Just a heads up, so you dont get into any hot water!
Love this concept, I think a cool cryptid Persona I would make for an OC of this entry would be the Beast of Gévaudan, which is I think the first ever documentation of a werewolf. Also nice touch with the Paranormal Investigations Club (PIC) 😂
I have an idea for a party member: Name: Karen Leeds Trope: Punk Rock Girl (basically, female Eddie Munson) Uniform: modified with hoodie over the button-down, long black leggings Arcana: Moon Persona: Jersey Devil Element: Fire Backstory: Got in on a scholarship for getting noticed on UA-cam for her music. In a school of mostly rich kids, the punk rock girl from Jersey City didn’t have a lot of friends. It got worse when the newspaper club found out she was a lesbian and did what the newspaper club does. Ironically, the one friend she does have is Kimiko. Karen found her crying near the vending machine after a call with her mother and helped comfort her, and they hit it off well. The two would become unlikely best friends (in secret, of course; Kimiko has an image to maintain). So when Karen gets pulled into the otherworld, Kimiko is more determined than usual to do Paranormal Club stuff.
I absolutely love this concept for a Persona game. I myself have conceptualized a more "custom" Persona game from taking different scraps of existing media and bunching them together, essentially my concept was "what if a bunch of characters from stuff I like awakened to Personas, and banded together to fight a threat unlike any other?" With moreso the theme of just generally being heroes that brave danger nobody else can. And one of my concepts for a Persona kinda falls in line with yours, being linked to the "mysterious and unexplainable". Specifically, the Persona of the navigator concept I had, whose Persona would be the illusive Illuminati, appearing as it's well known form as a pyramid with one eye. It kinda just felt like the perfect choice of a Persona for a navigator, since it would unveil the secrets of the world to the navigator.
Dude, you cooked so hard with this. This is probably the best P6 concept I've seen, mostly cause it feels the closest to an actual Atlus persona game I've seen with the themeing, the artstyle, the character designs, the story, its all so good. Yeti is probably my favorite design here, I love everything about it. Super good job with this, desperately want to see more
This genuinely feels like a fan concept that could take off. Like a multiple creators making a persona game project kinda deal. What an incredible set of ideas in the comments too, I'm super excited for what could come. Subbed and can't wait to see where this goes!
I really love your concept for Persona 6! The art, character designs, and persona designs is absolutely fantastic, the story concepts have a great amount of depth, and that animatic is amazing! Absolutely well done!
Really cool stuff! I like the idea of going for cryptids as the main casts personas instead of the traditional route of figures of legend and gods - While the style is clearly different from the highly detailed persona art, the main elements and ideas that go into a persona design are still here and they all look very charming! I personally especially like Momozaru and its Yeti Persona! I've personally found the world of Persona games only earlier this year and delved into the rabbithole of this franchise and I can't wait for the next installment!
An Australian character with a Persona called Thylacine would be cool. Thylacine's user, Tasmond "Tas" Diable, is the one remaining member of his family and is sent to the school on a writing scholarship. He gets involved with the team after encountering a Shadow while researching for writing inspiration in the woods. He uses a Polaroid camera to awaken and summon Thylacine.
This concept art is so unique and such an interesting spin on the series! Hoping this gets more attention because this is actually so neat! Keep it up!
Dude I'd love to see more on this concept! The only cryptid idea I can think of that I'd love to see a spin on is the gremlin, the 20th century warplane saboteurs. Maybe connected to a character that's either intentionally or unintentionally sabotaging some major project in town or at school due to a lack of belief in the project's aim, but not yet having enough belief to publicly stand against it? I dunno, just spitballing an idea. But yeah, you're getting a subscription from me in hopes of seeing more cool stuff like this in the future!
I had a persona 6 idea similar to this a few years back. I always liked the idea of persona 6 (given the likely hood of the main color being green) dealing with supernatural things like ghosts, aliens and I even had the same idea making the persona’s cryptids.
I really loved these concepts, and while there are some things that need some work, such as Hide Behind being a little too shadow looking for a persona, I think you are going in the right direction.
Man I love this Persona 6 concept and I would love to see much more ❤️🔥. Also as a guy from Puerto Rico I would love to see a persona based on the Chupacabra, a popular cryptid that is told a bunch around here
Oh i had a idea. What about a bloody mary inspired persona? Or does that count as a urban legend? Perhaps a rather shy girl ends up in a mirror dungeon and has to deal with the harsh rumors about her. Perhaps not a hermit by choice. But she is a quiet girl that everyone has started to talk bad about. I could imagine a mary inspired persona may get a few reflection moves in her kit
A laidback Scottish goth girl with a panzer dragoon ride type persona called loch ness which takes the form of mecha dragon air bike with the element of water and a pressuring water gun as a weapon would be nice.
Dude theme is amazing, personas are so AMAZING that I cant even...believe it.Marsian gave gholdengo vibes and that wholesome.-I cant remember the names sorry for that- adding scissor limbs to mouthgal was so clever, tree boy is but weird choice for that arcana but still a good design.I paused the video at yeti for a while and embraced the design, cheff kiss
My idea for persona 6 was thememed around redemption and how far someone can go down the wrong path before they are considered irredeemable, the persona theme i had was gods and deities with the protags persona being hades ( the greek god of the underworld who is often mistaken as a villain) also the protag over the course of the story would learn that its more important to seek out redemption for the sake of yourself and others rather than only only seeking out redemption for the sake of fitting into society ( one important detail of this concept was i was trying to incorporate things i see people online commonly hope to see in persona 6, such as adult main characters, darker themes, etc without safcrificing things that made perona what it is, and also making those ideas into an interesting story) i also would have the persona summom method be the character breaking a pair of hand cuffs ( the hand cuffs would represent the persons belief that they are irredeemable, and by breaking the cuffs they acknowledge that they can be redemed) some other ideas i had were making the velevt room attendent a guy named rex ( i don't know if there is anything in the lore that says only women can be velvet room attendents so i decided to have the attendent be a guy to shake things up a bit) also the protagonist could be able to romance both male and female characters because by this point we might as well have that because it would make sense for a gods and deites theme because in a lot of mythologys the gods are often not very straight Lastly i would add to new elements to the game, those being tech and arcane ( tech could applie an overwelmed debuff to enemy's which would increase how much damage they take from things like all out attacks, showtimes, and basically any attack that involves two or more party members, were as the arcane element could applie a disenchanted debuff which would temporarily decrease all of an enemys stats ) Edit: looking back on this concept I realized that the gods and deities concept would need a bit of a rework to work better so I would have the focus be on gods and deities that are ether villains, commonly believed to be evil when in actually they weren't, and maybe even people from various mythologies that aren't actually gods but pretended to be gods for there own benefit
Also for the different archetypes I would have the bro character be a washed up comedian who got thrown in jail for a making a particularly insensitive joke and his arch would be him discovering that nobody actually thought he was funny and people only ever appreciated his jokes for the shock value rather than comedic value, he would ultimately learn that he should prioritize telling jokes that'll actually make people laugh rather than ones that hurt people For the love interest character I thought It would be interesting to go with an e-girl who catfished people online and was a gold digger, and was arrested after unknowingly catfishing a minor, her arch would be about learning not to exploit people's feelings for the sake of material gain Lastly the animal sidekick character would be an anthropomorphic lion cub who works for the velvet room, his arch would be about realizing that the justice system isn't as flawless as he believed it to be ( for context the lion cub would have modeled his sense of justice heavily on the existing justice system)
My P6 concept (though honestly, 7 would be a better number for it, considering the whole 7 deadly sins thing) is about sin and redemption, and has burgundy or maroon as a main color, and the party members are all transfer students due to being expelled from their previous schools, and their initial Personas are based on the demon lords, while their ultimates are based on the archangels. Yes, I know P5 did the 7 deadly sins thing, but that was more focused on rotten adults committing heinous atrocities and getting their comeuppance at the hands of high school phantom thieves. This is more focused on delinquent high schoolers who got expelled for doing terrible things (like, the main cast alone has: scapegoat in an operation to sabotage the board of directors, kleptomaniac who stole everything including school funds, greek exchange student who beat up a teacher in a fit of rage, chick who killed one of the popular girls out of envy, thot who slept with the entire football team and some of the faculty, corrupt student council president with an ego, might as well have not been a student at that point because of being too lazy to even attend a single day, and chick who got caught smoking and doing drugs in the restroom), got sent to the only school that would accept them (maybe a strict and stifling religious boarding school to really nail that whole sinful outcasts theme), and learned to redeem themselves and become better people.
You have no idea just how long I've been waiting and looking for a video like this, this is the exact kind of thought experiment I love to think about randomly, so cool!
Yoooo this is really cool just the whole spin on the formula and the theme of belief and the way your taking it. I do hope you continue with this cause this is a strong start with how you've captured the feel of persona with the well Persons's and the characters.
Also a social link of a person who makes fake images/sightings of cryptids would be cool in my opinion. You would help them by taking photos of actual cryptids or shadows and they praise you on your image editing skills not realising the images are real
I love your interpretation! The whole photography could actually be very possible as I’ve heard that the cast of P6 might be art students (don’t quote me on that though, I think it might’ve been from that one leak that happened a couple months ago)
Like many others stated , very cool concept. Love the fusion of cryptids and jrp. And I think the camera summoning persona's was brilliant. I was expecting the monkey to have a toy camera lol would love to see more of this explored! I was waiting to hear what the "otherworld" would be called and how they get into it ala tartarus midnight hour, tv world, meta etc. Maybe i missed it lol
Thank you! The name of the otherworld is currently undecided but I'm thinking that they enter through these kinds of ethereal gates and arches that appear in the world. Nothing is set in Stone, but i feel that they link well to the later story ideas I have.
Here's my idea for a permanent navigator after Stevenson awakens Name: Nikolas Paulopis Arcana: Devil Age: 15 Persona: Voula (based of a Greek urban legend called the Voula Lake Monster) Camera: Mounted Webcam His backstory is that he's a loner in a sense. Moving from Athens Greece due to financial troubles with his family. People believe that he's a disaster to any friendship and have outcasted him. After defying the beliefs, he awakens to Voula. It resembles a robotic serpent and envelops him for his navigational duties.
i really love this concept for a Persona 6 game, using crypted is so creative, and having to come up with a persona is hard, i tried many times and i finally got to finish my own. if you do continue with this idea, i hope to see some camp ghost stories like dungeons or some slasher camp film concept
This was very good. Really respect the research you put into creating this, and I especially love the artwork you used to help get across the concepts. I'm def super intrigued to see how far you could take this concept, because so far it's fire.
This concept is absolutely amazing and the art is 10/10. It’s so refreshing to see a video of this style applied to the Persona franchise, after seeing so many in the Pokemon community. Looking forward to seeing more if that’s what you have planned!
I love Kai as a black man who lived abroad for a year I relate to his struggles. I also like how you describe dungeons in this game. Here's an idea to add to that in Persona Q there are enemies called F.O.E's which are super powerful enemies that are in the dungeon that you have to avoid. considering the whole monster and Cryptid motif we're going with I feel like this game should have something similar. A monster chasing you throughout the dungeon Mr X Style. I know it's not intentional but I can find it a little bit funny that Kai is the first one to get caught in a dungeon. Considering the trope of the black person dying first in horror movies.
Glad you resonated with him! It's pretty funny how it plays into that trope, although unintentionally. Maybe you'd get a message from the velvet room attendant on the game over screen if you fail to rescue him, scolding you for falling to reductive stereotypes. For your gameplay idea, I love that too. My idea was to play it more like pokemon legends: arceus or xenoblade chronicles - with SUPER powerful enemies around that you'd have to return to fight later in the game. However, your idea could work alongside that too because I like it a lot. Maybe that's a way to incorporate the reaper??
Usually, when I get excited about designs I see, especially on UA-cam, whether it's Pokémon or something else, it's because the underlying idea is something I already really like. For example, the theme of rebellion combined with phantom thieves is something I inherently enjoy. However, the whole theme of cryptids and urban legends didn't initially excite me that much. Despite this, your video genuinely hyped me up and made me really want to try such a game, especially because of the designs of Kai and Kimiko's personas.
AAAAA THIS IS SO COOL! I remember once seeing a Reddit post synthesising P5 design tendencies into effectively a scaffold to make your own P5 self-insert (which was awesome - I still love the OC I developed through that) but utilising the design and story sensibilities of all Persona games to then transcend them in making your own concept? It’s mind-boggling to me despite how simple “I made an idea for a new persona game” might sound Great work! And PLEASE keep expanding on this game as long as it holds your interest - I would be SO excited to see more!
Also, I think it would be awesome to have the principal of Ginkakan (hope I spelt that right) as a social link! I can imagine it being someone young who only recently got the position, probably after the old one crumbled under the pressure of the job and WOWZA is it a lot of pressure upholding the most prestigious international school in Japan. This guy would deal with weighing the value of others’ belief in him with his own well-being and eventually he might even get a Palace (though I don’t know if that’s what they’d be called in P6) set within the school. I have to imagine that completing Kimiko’s social link would make his a little easier since there’s no way she isn’t a thorn in his side… That’s just my idea though! Use it if you want or don’t if not :) anddd to all that see this comment let me know what arcana you think the principal would be!
My concept idea of a persona summoning for persona 6 would be that when you awaken to a persona, you yank out a stylish dagger from your chest and when you summon them during combat, you stab that same chest with that same mystic dagger while saying PERSONA!
this is really cool. the only oddity i noticed is that the early game teammates wouldn't be able to follow the "fire-ice-elec-wind core four party members" trope atlus uses. but i would genuinely love to see more of this because oooooooh my god i was way too invested and i was really sad when it only showed the four main teammates
Cryptids huh? Interesting idea, and a camera as a Persona Summoning Catalyst However, I can imagine going the fairy tale route and the Persona Summoning Catalyst is a mirror, but your idea sounds cool and unique too dude!
Oh I saw it on Instagram! I think more people should take a shot at designing concepts for a persona game, just like many create pokemon region and stuff.
I would love more of this, the idea of using cryptids and ones belief was genius.personality if I was in persona 6 I would be in representing my fan made arcane "the mirror arcane" and my character would show the effect of a shattered belief
I love this concept Also quick questions 1 will you make boss concepts 2 will you take fan ideas from the comments 3:I would really like to see a concept of the polybius game and maybe a robot type of character would fit kind of similar to aegis or Sophie 4heck I would think a idol character would be cool too
Hi! Glad you liked it! To answer your questions, I can't promise anything but I have already done a few sketches for a hypothetical second part, so we'll see if that happens. Boss concepts are on the list, but I might not do any before I round out the full party. I might take comment ideas though! People are very creative here and I've liked a lot of ideas so far.
for an arc, i think you could have a rival group of Persona-users that want to keep the otherworldy stuff a secret. So you can have an optional ending where the player has to choose to join them and keep it a secret or reveal the truth to the world.
Use me as a “we want part 2” button
Give me more
Give me more
Skull, gimme more!
Give us a Part 2, please!
@@ReomaArt yeah I’d be cool with helping more with it and even doing some art when I get better, plus I’m into game dev
i can just imagine the hide behind being the mascot monkes best friend and a comically segment where kai asked it so summon a banana for him but he just summons a random fruit instead
I really loved Martian and Hidebehind's designs. I really hope you make more of these, your ideas are really creative and a lot of potencial, especially the believe aspect.
Like someone is an environmental activist that believes the world is going to ruin and their dungeon is like a destroyed factory or oil rig
Small Suggestion:
- Maybe instead of “Martian” the Protag’s persona is called “Roswell”, as in Roswell Greys, the common type of alien stereotype (Huge head, bug eyes, and Grey Skin).
I do understand the name Martian making it feel less like a character (I felt that too), and the Roswell Grey idea does still fit with the protag (Denji as another commentor and now I like to call him) being a foreigner in a strange new world and The Fool aracana being defined as a Blank Slate Person.
but Martian is a name I think I an get used too, its not the worse persona name to say as you summon it
The Hide-Behind being a forest imp an a Mecha-Tree is a pretty good idea though
I WAS JUST ABOUT TO SUGGEST ROSWELL
Dawg PLEASE do more, I don’t even know too much about Persona but i’m sooo interested now, PokeTubers making Fakemon is so iconic and Ive always wanted to see it with Tokusatsu I DIDNT EVEN KNOW PERSONA WAS A POSSIBILITY
Also as a black man with dreads i have so much respect that you avoided the Killmonger
So glad you enjoyed it! Glad I could hook you even though you're not huge into the series. I can really recommend them! They're fantastic games.
If you’re up for more character ideas for a possible future video, I think more international students with foreign legends as their personas would be cool. As a brazilian, I’d like to suggest some of our cryptids:
- Curupira, a forest protector spirit whose feet are on backwards so that his footprints lead intruders to get lost in the forest. Would work for a Temperance Arcana
- Boto-cor-de-rosa: A pink river dolphin that, in full moon nights, turns into a handsome young man and… gets intimate with young women in parties in the countryside, would work well as a Lovers arcana
- Capelobo: this one is just so weird it’s fun, it’s like a wereanteater that’s also a vampire… maybe Devil Arcana?
@@zumanodazideia5895To add to that, as a Mexican, I think a Curse type persona based of La Llorona would be an awesome design, possibly being a part of the Lovers Arcana
I feel like the Velvet Room would likely be a cathedral of something of a similar variety, with the Attendant being a nun.
Now i can imagined it that Velvet Room interior more akin to Cathedral of Shadows from mainline series and then Igor dressed up like Mido
Or maybe Gef? (Spring-Heeled Jack was one I thought of, but Mr. Stevenson seems to silly to really have one like that)
I would love to have Persona 6 focusing on young artists of various types, a painter, a graffiti artist, a designer, a fashionista, a graphic artist, a cartoonist, an animator, and exploring the life of an artist, his insecurities, difficulties, everyday life , how society sees them and how the media treats art.
I have a idea similar idea, it’s based on “Passion & Creation”
I can't think of the theme that Persona 6 will tackle.
P1 Occult and Rumors
P2 are Cults and Memories
P3 Death, Struggle and Moving Forward (the Answer)
P4 Truth and Friendship
P5 Justice and Rebellion
That’s what I thought about too!!!
I’ve heard lots of people talk about nature and technology for their concepts. What if we incorporate both of these? Maybe it could be a commentary on how media shapes us and how reliant we are on it. And also the bad influence it may have on people. And how it isn’t fair to everyone
In a day and age where people’s primary source of entertainment is overly consuming media, this group of artists of all kinds try to combat it
I assume my other comment got deleted.. and it does appear I’m sorry about that 😢
What I said was for their hideout, I’d love for it to be a once flourishing building with a community of people that used to be there, now run down by the very same people.
Dunno. I’m sure way smarter and educated people can have a better suggestion
I’m wondering if the message of my concept would be able to be realized by a lot of people, not just artists.
Those two are both badass persona idea's and fitting for this character, but id probably go with Polybius because it might fit a little better, and im not entiely sure how Missingno would go down in the eyes of nintendo
though what would they evolve into, or maybe they evolve into eachother Missingno---->Polybius
@@feefington wait what if polybius awakens/evolves into a persona called Roko wich takes the form of a large glitch dragon (Rokos Bassilisk?)
As someone who grew up with Scooby-Doo and Ben 10(which is probably why i like stuff like Megaten,Bleach, D Gray Man and Nasuverse), this Persona concept is very appealing to me. I hope I dont bother with the long comment:
The international school was a great idea, it's a good way to justify having different people and beliefs interacting.
For the personas in the video, I have some ideas for evolved forms:
1)First idea i had immediately was having the Yeti evolve to the Snow Lion, the emblem of Tibet.
As for new character ideas following high school/horror archetypes:
Theater Kid: Tomboy Scottish girl that plays Bagpipes and is trying to fit in the music club. As expected, her persona would be Nessie. Her ultimate would be Beira the Queen of Winter, first and strongest of the Cailleach(Cailleach are old woman/hag deities, associated with the creation of the country, formation of hills and lochs and have control of weather and the seas. The channel Liath Wolf has a video talking about Beira)
Nerd: it's a obvious trope, I'm gonna suggest brazilian.
Here's an idea for a female party member:
Name: Yoru Yabureme
Age: 15
Grade: First Year
Arcana: Temperance
Weapon: Small Harpoon
Camera: Stealth Underwater Camera
Persona: Ningyo( a Japanese mermaid where eating it will live a very long life)
Bio: 10 years ago, Yoru lost her father when she was five.
Love this! I was thinking it would be fun to bring back the water affinity from Persona 2 and this could be a great way to do that
From this description, I can tell you now if this was the case, her ultimate persona has to be the Kraken!
Kishiro Denji would be a good name for the protagonist
Denji- meaning electromagnetic and could be a reference to how the protagonist is the magnet for the strange
Kishiro- meaning rare, unusual, and uncommon. Perfect for a setting full of cryptids
You know if thats the name I feel like we could take it a bit more literally too and perhaps change the persona into something similar to that of the thunderbird
@@PhilipLORdefender I like that idea
denji also like denji from chainsaw man, the devils from which are similar to cryptids
thats cannon now
Cryptid Magnet
I really love your concepts of the personas themselves being based on urban legends; that's creative, and I dig that idea. Also, Kai has a super cool design.
Honestly ,the navigator's persona could be based on godzilla that has ripped clothing which can show the conspiracy about lizard people!
Ok I have this Velvet Room idea,
Our main character would wake up in the middle of the night in a dark room.
@ oh good idea!
The hispanic in me would love to see a persona based on La Llorona or Chupacabra (though I feel like La Llorona has a lot more potential for creating a character that would wield said persona)
As for a velvet room concept, maybe a laboratory of sorts?
@@shleyal19 Oh shittttt that idea is so much cooler ‼️
@@shleyal19 as much as I think The Velvet Room as a Lab would lead to some cool imagry...
The Velvet Room as a campsite might be more thematically appropriate to the protag, and the persona rituals taking the form of camping activities could be cute
as for the assistant someone in a blue camp councillar uniform definitly, and as for the name, I thought Francisca with the lab but for the campsite how about Abigal, or if theirs a Femc, Johnathan
i adore this concept! if we're going all in on the American High School Stereotypes for the party members, you've gotta have a nerd character!
@@Signedcentaurwell persona 2 has Tatsuya and Maya which have the Sun and Moon arcana
His persona HAS to be Tarrasque
This is a really cool concept!! Cryptids are such a large group of folklore and mythology that I’m surprised hasn’t been explored much in the Persona series, and your take on them are really fun. I can’t wait to see more, especially of the characters! Maybe for a party member, there could be a funny man type character? I know that archetype is usually filled by the best bro character, but it would be interesting to see outside that concept. Maybe they could be trying to uphold the school’s belief of them being the class clown, when reality they are more complex under the surface????
Finally another Actual persona 6 ideas video.and a very unique one too,Im Excited too See it Expand
Reading the first sentence instantly put a mental image in my head of Herobrine as a persona.
Also, here's my take on a Villain OC (this concept's Strega, Adachi, or Akechi):
Name: Tendo Kokurou
Age: 44
Weapon: Machete
Camera: Polaroid
Persona: Nightstalker (aka Richard Ramirez)
Arcana: Devil
Bio: a host for a webshow that is akin to "Ripley's Believe it or Not!" or any bogus History Channel brainrot shows.
So Mr. Stevenson could be the Chariot
Tbf the Wendigo has been in the series since Megami Tensei II.

Love this concept, I think a cool cryptid Persona I would make for an OC of this entry would be the Beast of Gévaudan, which is I think the first ever documentation of a werewolf. Also nice touch with the Paranormal Investigations Club (PIC) 😂
We need a velvet room
I have an idea for a party member:
Name: Karen Leeds
Trope: Punk Rock Girl (basically, female Eddie Munson)
Uniform: modified with hoodie over the button-down, long black leggings
Arcana: Moon
Persona: Jersey Devil
Element: Fire
Backstory: Got in on a scholarship for getting noticed on UA-cam for her music.
The mascot was 1 talking dog shy away from having a mysterious crew of meddling kids
I'm betting on a persona on Fairy Tales like Peter Pan, Hook, Red hood, Belle and Beast, Pinocchio and Alice
PLEASE make more of this, because this is stellar!
Liking Kai being the Hermit Arcana being the first party member
MAY BE 3 MONTH LATE BUT WE EATING GOOD TONIGHT 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥
This concept art is so unique and such an interesting spin on the series! Hoping this gets more attention because this is actually so neat! Keep it up!
I need more of this, please continue with this concept
Dude I'd love to see more on this concept! The only cryptid idea I can think of that I'd love to see a spin on is the gremlin, the 20th century warplane saboteurs. Maybe connected to a character that's either intentionally or unintentionally sabotaging some major project in town or at school due to a lack of belief in the project's aim, but not yet having enough belief to publicly stand against it? I dunno, just spitballing an idea. But yeah, you're getting a subscription from me in hopes of seeing more cool stuff like this in the future!
I absolutely NEED more of this concept! I just love the vibes. Best Persona 6 concept 10/10
Absolutely loved this, Im also working on my own persona fan project and its always fun to see the ideas others have!
Also as a guy from Puerto Rico I would love to see a persona based on the Chupacabra, a popular cryptid that is told a bunch around here
My concept of p6 was also cryptids! I’m glad this idea is getting some attention
This was really good, I hope to see more in the near future
This is such an interesting theme! Thank you for this.
Her name will be ailsa cuan and her arcana is either the strength or devil
Dude theme is amazing, personas are so AMAZING that I cant even...believe it.Marsian gave gholdengo vibes and that wholesome.-I cant remember the names sorry for that- adding scissor limbs to mouthgal was so clever, tree boy is but weird choice for that arcana but still a good design.I paused the video at yeti for a while and embraced the design, cheff kiss
This is a fun and great concept for persona, I hope you continue this story in the future someday too.
My idea for persona 6 was thememed around redemption and how far someone can go down the wrong path before they are considered irredeemable, the persona theme i had was gods and deities with the protags persona being hades ( the greek god of the underworld who is often mistaken as a villain) also the protag over the course of the story would learn that its more important to seek out redemption for the sake of yourself and others rather than only only seeking out redemption for the sake of fitting into society ( one important detail of this concept was i was trying to incorporate things i see people online commonly hope to see in persona 6, such as adult main characters, darker themes, etc without safcrificing things that made perona what it is, and also making those ideas into an interesting story) i also would have the persona summom method be the character breaking a pair of hand cuffs ( the hand cuffs would represent the persons belief that they are irredeemable, and by breaking the cuffs they acknowledge that they can be redemed) some other ideas i had were making the velevt room attendent a guy named rex ( i don't know if there is anything in the lore that says only women can be velvet room attendents so i decided to have the attendent be a guy to shake things up a bit) also the protagonist could be able to romance both male and female characters because by this point we might as well have that because it would make sense for a gods and deites theme because in a lot of mythologys the gods are often not very straight
Lastly i would add to new elements to the game, those being tech and arcane
( tech could applie an overwelmed debuff to enemy's which would increase how much damage they take from things like all out attacks, showtimes, and basically any attack that involves two or more party members, were as the arcane element could applie a disenchanted debuff which would temporarily decrease all of an enemys stats )
Edit: looking back on this concept I realized that the gods and deities concept would need a bit of a rework to work better so I would have the focus be on gods and deities that are ether villains, commonly believed to be evil when in actually they weren't, and maybe even people from various mythologies that aren't actually gods but pretended to be gods for there own benefit
Also for the different archetypes I would have the bro character be a washed up comedian who got thrown in jail for a making a particularly insensitive joke and his arch would be him discovering that nobody actually thought he was funny and people only ever appreciated his jokes for the shock value rather than comedic value, he would ultimately learn that he should prioritize telling jokes that'll actually make people laugh rather than ones that hurt people
For the love interest character I thought It would be interesting to go with an e-girl who catfished people online and was a gold digger, and was arrested after unknowingly catfishing a minor, her arch would be about learning not to exploit people's feelings for the sake of material gain
Lastly the animal sidekick character would be an anthropomorphic lion cub who works for the velvet room, his arch would be about realizing that the justice system isn't as flawless as he believed it to be ( for context the lion cub would have modeled his sense of justice heavily on the existing justice system)
I really want to see more of this
You did a great job❤
This deserves a lot more views. You video is probably the best concept for Persona 6 I’ve heard so far
This is genuinely so cool, I love concept videos and I've never seen one for persona 6 so great!! I'll definitely be watching more if it happens
Also a social link of a person who makes fake images/sightings of cryptids would be cool in my opinion. You would help them by taking photos of actual cryptids or shadows and they praise you on your image editing skills not realising the images are real
@creativenamee thank you and I love this idea! You guys are giving me tons of ideas for social links.
I’ve always wondered what cryptids would look like as personas and I’m glad you put them into the ether!
I love your interpretation! The whole photography could actually be very possible as I’ve heard that the cast of P6 might be art students (don’t quote me on that though, I think it might’ve been from that one leak that happened a couple months ago)
This is actually a sick idea for a persona game. I love spooky or horror like concepts so this is already a fav for me.
His name should be カイル・ブロフロフスキー
Please continue this, this is really interesting!
Can't wait to see more of this!
Here's my idea for a permanent navigator after Stevenson awakens
Name: Nikolas Paulopis
Arcana: Devil
Age: 15
Persona: Voula (based of a Greek urban legend called the Voula Lake Monster)
Camera: Mounted Webcam
His backstory is that he's a loner in a sense. Moving from Athens Greece due to financial troubles with his family. People believe that he's a disaster to any friendship and have outcasted him. After defying the beliefs, he awakens to Voula. It resembles a robotic serpent and envelops him for his navigational duties.
I think a good name for the main character would be Chihiro Nazo, which would translate to mystery seeker or seeker of mystery😊
i really love this concept for a Persona 6 game, using crypted is so creative, and having to come up with a persona is hard, i tried many times and i finally got to finish my own. if you do continue with this idea, i hope to see some camp ghost stories like dungeons or some slasher camp film concept
"This P6 can be based on Belief"
Calling it, the Antagonist is a priest
Now I’m just imagining that they take a picture of themselves to summon there persona
(My personal name suggestion is tsukuyomi kapaterio)
It’s mind-boggling to me despite how simple “I made an idea for a new persona game” might sound
Great work!
I have to imagine that completing Kimiko’s social link would make his a little easier since there’s no way she isn’t a thorn in his side…
That’s just my idea though! Use it if you want or don’t if not :) anddd to all that see this comment let me know what arcana you think the principal would be!
I want this game to real now- this is literally such a fun concept for a persona game!
My concept idea of a persona summoning for persona 6 would be that when you awaken to a persona, you yank out a stylish dagger from your chest and when you summon them during combat, you stab that same chest with that same mystic dagger while saying PERSONA!
I really love this video. Extremely fun and well done/well thought out. Good job.
this is really cool. the only oddity i noticed is that the early game teammates wouldn't be able to follow the "fire-ice-elec-wind core four party members" trope atlus uses. but i would genuinely love to see more of this because oooooooh my god i was way too invested and i was really sad when it only showed the four main teammates
please do more of this, i love the criptids concept its so cool:)
Cryptids huh? Interesting idea, and a camera as a Persona Summoning Catalyst
However, I can imagine going the fairy tale route and the Persona Summoning Catalyst is a mirror, but your idea sounds cool and unique too dude!
My would be a shaman gem flowers
Please more, i am BEGGING. On my hands and knees. PLEASE!
Oh I saw it on Instagram! I think more people should take a shot at designing concepts for a persona game, just like many create pokemon region and stuff.
MORE OF THIS CONCEPT PLEASE I AM BEGGING
THIS ENTIRE VIDEO IS AMAZING YOU DESERVE SO MUCH MORE ATTENTION
Definitely would be interesting how the theme of belief could be differentiated from P5R's takes on beliefs or 'colors' as seen in colors flying high
Can i just say how your protagonist is amazing lol, i hope persona 6 matches the quality of the one you made
Please continue this😊
As someone who loves Cryptids, I really like this idea.
I would love more of this, the idea of using cryptids and ones belief was genius.personality if I was in persona 6 I would be in representing my fan made arcane "the mirror arcane" and my character would show the effect of a shattered belief
persona 6 is going to be a live service battle royale
I love this concept
Also quick questions
1 will you make boss concepts
2 will you take fan ideas from the comments
3:I would really like to see a concept of the polybius game and maybe a robot type of character would fit kind of similar to aegis or Sophie
4heck I would think a idol character would be cool too
@@ReomaArt makes sense
@@ReomaArt also one last question will there be 2nd and 3rd awakenings for all the personas
23:22 we all know she’ll say something among the Lines of “what the?”
for an arc, i think you could have a rival group of Persona-users that want to keep the otherworldy stuff a secret. So you can have an optional ending where the player has to choose to join them and keep it a secret or reveal the truth to the world.
Pokemon and Persona fan here - I love the Yeti idea so much!!! I would love to see more of this game concept 😮
