At age 13, Ishtar was in a car accident. His mother was killed, and he experienced an Near Death Experience (NDE) - surprisingly the NDE occurred before the impact of the accident. This and other childhood mystical experiences propelled Ishtar on a spiritual path. Today Ishtar is a meditation teacher, monk, gardener, intuitive, and writer. He serves as a guide on the path, helping people recognize Awareness and relax into the Wholeness that is already here. He also works as an evolutionary astrologer, helping people connect with their guiding myths and soul music. See his links below. Listen as we talk about his NDE and his love for meditation. #nde #neardeathexperience #love #meditation This is episode 102.

This is my favorite new channel as a hobbyist NDE researcher ❤ Excellent host/interviewer. Great, relaxed feel. Thanks Heather (and guests)! By the way, have you heard of Emanuel Swedenborg (18th century mystic who allegedly had 3 decades of interaction with the afterlife)? @@dfkuz I'm writing my thesis on the connection between his theological claims and those of NDErs and the frequency of similarities is quite high 🤷🏻‍♂️ (Even though I am confident there were parts he fabricated).

    • @dfkuz
      @dfkuz 4 місяці тому

@@notyourorphanThanks for sharing that! I consider Swedenborg to have been an "NDEr" so I would consider that the reason for the similarities. Swedenborg must have been the sort that slipped into altered states of consciousness easily, and the demons possessing him (because he had never trusted Christ and received the protection of the Holy Spirit) took advantage of his mental state and gave him the premier package of supernatural claptrap with a side of theological overtones. It all depends on the capabilities of the particular demons assigned to the person; some demons are vulgar and sloppy (like mine were) and some are highly sophisticated and skilled in the arts. No two demon possessions are the same; but what is the same is the fact that every infant born is already possessed (because Satan holds the deed to the earth and all that is on it, unless it's someone that has been bought out of his possession by the blood of Jesus); and the demons are usually ancestral spirits that have remained in a family line for centuries, which is why they have intimate knowledge of that family's history. Swedenborg was groomed by his demons to produce theological theories that sounded very deep and mystical but were in fact just another set of cult-like doctrines that would hopefully steer seekers of truth further into error by never stating the gospel of salvation as the gift of God for trusting Jesus Christ alone that it is. Good luck on your thesis; I hope you don't let Swedenborg's ramblings find a permanent place in your belief system!

Made it! And loved it! (I am behind schedule and missed your last guest---so I will check him out while I wait for Part II of Ishtar!) He is so genuine and has such a sweet nature....I had to mention that. What an unusual experience he had--and is still having. And how unusual it is that it started at age 13, as if something just 'entered' him, when he asked him mother if she would die soon. It made the entire concept seem real...of how we 'plan our lives' before we are born....as if he was given a 'preview' of what was to happen. Trying to grasp how people see their entire lifetime in a split-second is always hard to fathom. And the way, feelings like bliss and joy were 'sent' to his brain--it was like he was given a 'gift' to comfort him in his grief. Not to mention the ability at 18 to suddenly be 'in' his teacher and classmates. (Boy, I would love to get into the brains of some of those mean kids when I was a babyish 11 year-old in 7th Grade where most of my classmates were 13!!!) LOL! Anyway--I am looking forward to hearing how he has lived his adult life since those experiences. Does he still have them? Oh--I was thinking "I doubt if his parents named him 'Ishtar'--unless they were reading Moby Dick"!! Is that his given name, I wonder? Maybe it is! Anyway--thanks for choosing another fascinating guest. Lynn❤

I KNOW wish 100% certainty that this man speaks the truth as he described almost exactly what happened to ME. When he said he was everything and felt like the back of his head was not there and how he viewed himself...i experienced that last November after my rheumatoid treatment caused me a seizure and i was not breathing while family worked on me until the ambulance arrived.
I KNEW i was dying and i was trying to get my 15 yr old sons attention. I was able to tell him i was dying and that i love him and that i was sorry. He ran & got his dad who went to med school luckily and immediately checked my pulse and couldn't find it. He and the paramedics saved me.
Neurologists said i had a bad reaction to my remicade and iron infusion that shouldn't have been done so close together.
I can remember trying to separate from my body and looking back at myself and thinking "oh my gosh is that really how bad i look to others?" Then i experienced things exactly as this man describes. The parts that ive had such a hard time describing to myself and my family, are the parts this gentleman kinda stutters on like hes having a hard time describing it too.
I understand completely what he means.

    Made it! Another great interview!
Hey i got a question maybe in future interviews you could ask, if so inclined. So in dreams ive met with an angel (no wings) but with a white robe and hood in a park type scene. Ive seen it in a few dreams. Some refer to this as a possible " heart space" where your comfortable, with serene scenery.
My question is, has any that you interviewed or will interview, ended up meeting angelics during the NDE in the space that they might have dreamed about previously before it happened or continually dream about before it happened?
It's rumored that it's a place that the person has constructed as a safe place so i was just curious if that has more significance, or maybe a memory from a past life or is truely a place that is set for more than that one persons safe place.
Im sure its all up to interpretation, but like the library/akoshic records or heavens healing center, there are many similarities. I just feel like theres a basic layout of heaven but we all might see buildings and layouts of heaven with different eyes if you will.
So was just curious if our heart space or our dreams of areas in heaven are significant or just a back drop or place to meet?
    I hope im understandable. 😁
If that scenario ever comes up, thanks!
    Rory

That peace that he experienced is the same peace some of us experience when we are born again spiritually or remember our origin. I used to drink tequila to forget my problems and I loved that feeling. Gosh we’re all trying to reach that state of bliss which is Gods Agape Love and that’s why we do drugs or look for it in relationships but it’s just a God shaped hole that only He can fill. I pray everyone reading this will experience that Love it’s out of this world yet it’s not!!

And if I’ve learned anything from my own paranormal experiences and that of my older sister who could manipulate time and space in order to control other people’s thoughts and behavior from 100 miles away (from Milwaukee to Appleton), it’s that it is necessary for the person to be in a state of altered consciousness for demons to take over from there.
