The fact that Rise reveals the enemy's weaknesses isn't a coincidence. From what I can tell, if the character whose turn it is can attack an enemy's weakness(in the protagonist's case, with his currently equipped Persona), she'll reveal it.
@@herzen3595 I can’t speak for you or anyone else on challenge or difficulty, because it’s wholly subjective. What you and I find difficult, others find easy. Personally, I found this game easy, along with the ones after it. P3 was a little more challenging for me because it was stricter with the calendar management.
@@herzen3595 the AI partners kinda sucked sometimes, but other times I thought it was a good challenge. I never felt it was too stupid, if I used commands.
Having played OG 4 & Golden, Golden is easier due to rebalancing & busted skills team members learn. The first 2 dungeons of P4 OG are the hardest. Then it's mostly just difficult boss fights. If you master the combat system normal fights are a breeze, just watch out for SP.
I had to restart and regrind the nerd castle dungeon multiple times due to bad roster of persona as well as being quite underleveled. I took one look at Golden's Rise and immediately went salty due to how the boss battle would've been much more easier with her navi support skills.
I think the biggest problem that I have with this game, is that the bosses are really spongey. And I feel like no boss does anything genuinely interesting. But I do love the dungeons though. The Naoto dungeon is by far my favorite.
I liked the Persona 4 bosses because they really demanded strict resource management. I try to beat all of the dungeons in one day, and the bosses are just beefy enough that this is doable, but just barely - you have to really plan out what items you take, how much to engage with enemies, how much SP to use etc. Couldn't stand how in Persona 5 they would split the dungeons into like 3 different days always guaranteeing you fight the bosses at perfect health.
Kanji obliterated every rock. For some reason, I fantasized that the explosion would leave Naotos dungeon and destroy the shadow worl and then leave the tv world and destroy inaba turning Okina city into shit.

Rise physically drags Yu out of the Velvet Room limo and becomes the new protagonist
This is why you always prioritize ranking up the navigators lol

Even Futaba ain't got nothing on Rise as the best navigator
I’m saying rise the best navigator
Just no

@Agung Kurniawan no, just never Rise is easily bottom tier out of 6 different options

And you have Chie that literally can kill any non boss shadow or non bosa battle on her follow up 😅
Her abilities are so broken and consistent, and dare I say she has the best design and persona of any navigagor (though Lucia comes close)
Golden and Royal were both great additions to the storyline, but a marked detraction in challenge and fun. Hopefully P6 doesn't pull this shit.

Its argued that when Rise becomes a combat character in Ultimax, she gets weaker, and its all to lock her power level to tame levels
They couldn't handle her being top tier 😔
TBH I wouldn’t call trial and error testing of elements challenging, it’s mostly luck.
Challenge in this game comes from other things.

Yeah that's how I feel, 3 is definitely the most difficult one of the modern trilogy but us finding it easy doesn't mean it is for others

The most interesting boss is probably Kunino Segiri in heaven but even then, I'd agree that they're spongy

I think baton pass solos. Rise's helpful long term but being able to just do insane damage with baton pass effectively makes battles so much quicker
