I just read the balance. I think its actually boost rogue damage but its more for pvp purposes.

@@2easy2gaming Is the Dagger Rogue lacking a lot of damage compared to other classes?

@@강남메스 the mechanic in the game. For pve, critical type will deal more damage. For pvp, the penetration type will deal more damage. For rogue dual dagger class, its not really dps type, more like crowd control type. With intimidate, close confine, man hole, shadow cage.
