Don't worry about vlogging about Georgia as a non-local. Your audience wants to see these places through your eyes. That is more important for most viewers than watching someone local who perhaps could be more accurate or authentic in a way. Your viewers are here for you. As long as you stay true to yourself, everything will be fine. ;)
Yes, indeed, the people within countries may not see what outsiders can see. It's a bit like fish 🐠 wondering what the big hoopla about water 🌊 is. France had connections in the mid-19th century to both the U.S.A. and the Russian Empire. The French Historian, Alexis De Tocqueville, wrote the classic book called "Democracy in America" after his travels. Were he an American, he would probably have missed many of his observations. It's easier to see contrasts when one has a foreign paradigm to compare with. I, for example, was perplexed why New York vendors broke out the sales tax as a separate item on purchase receipts but where I came from, a 1-HK$ item cost exactly 1-HK$. In New York, I couldn't buy a 99¢ item with 1 US$ ! 😮
Based on all I know; Georgia is just a new Russia. They made the LGBT holiday into a hetero, so called family homophobia holiday. Screw Georgia. There is no parent as strong as an good Independent mother. Just ask any african mom of any nation. African mothers are the strongest ever. They need no man to raise a good child. Despite it be better to have 2 parents. Also Georgia imitates the same drug laws russia has banning, pain meds like cannabis and poppies. Plus their new spy law which targets ppl like natasha. You need a new better home, natasha. If I can help I will...but never intrude. I'm 2 poor 2...lol
Georgia sucks politically. Just like my home in usa. The nature is beautiful but the ppl are horrid and unworthy of the gift of life. Right wing nationalists all deserve what they wish upon ppl they cannot understand of other nations and cultures.
If you are originally from a Soviet man-made city, you have to enjoy a city like Kataisi, which has a huge history. I don't think she would have enjoyed it as much if she had grown up in Edinburgh, Barcelona, or Rome.

You are Loved Natasha! 💖✨ Hope to run into You on your journeys one day.
According to the esthetics of peoples who have long-lived in disaster- or disease-prone areas, a little brokenness, a little ugliness, or a little flaw just shy of perfection helps "ward off the jealousy of the gods." When my Dad first stayed home for a prolonged period of time, I figured out his dialect and I was called 『小豬玀』or "the little pig." This called for an explanation from my Mom. She said that it was "a term of endearment" because in his waterborne disease-prone ancestral hometown, people call their beloved children with domesticated animal names in order to avoid the gods overhearing niceties, becoming jealous, and taking away the beloved children. Yeah, that explains why I had neighborhood children who were called 『阿狗』 (the dog)『阿貓』(the cat)『阿豬』 (the pig)『阿牛』(the bull), etc. The Japanese also have this kind of esthetics.
"Well it's true, every place is a gem in some way" That wisdom is why I watch your videos. I wish I appreciated life as much as you appreciate it. Thank you for being an inspiration for how I want to behave.

Today you look lovely, happy and relaxed and you gave us a video that shows you are taking steps to adjust to the social disaster you have lived through. I very much enjoyed your video and your thoughts.
Natasha - Once again you outdid yourself! You may not make as many videos as other UA-camrs, but I always find them interesting and informative. It is obvious that you do your research in order to provide relevant historical information on the places you visit. You have a real gift! Keep up the great work.
Sunshine and good food has done you very well! Better health, better mood, better Natasha! Georgia is very good for you, and you are very good for Georgia! You appear to have gained much health and beauty. Good for you!
Lived in Kutaisi for a couple of years, until this year. It is indeed a gem of a town. Very walkable, and safe, and friendly people. Made many friends and really enjoyed exploring, like you. There are many pre-soviet era and soviet era hidden spots to explore.

I just want to thank you for your content ❤ it's really inspiring following your independent path - being a young woman, overcoming so many obstacles and still flourishing (as good as possible). My biggest adventure was going on holiday alone once - I want to repeat it, but I'm a bit angsty. Your journey shows me that it's possible to overcome the fear and that the outcome will be worth it. Thank you ❤
Thank you so much for all you do. I so much remember your earliest videos of your home town and cute kitty cat days. We so appreciate all the myriad ways you educate us on the world in your eyes. (Yes that very much was a Depeche Mode reference)
Thankyou so much for this... I have been to Georgia four times and made a journey to Kutaisi last visit. It was very, very wet and I had set aside 8 days. After 3 days of very heavy rain I gave up and flew out to Cyprus for 4 days. You have restored my faith in a return for a future time. And this was an amazing blog. And the fruit on the palm tree looked like unripe dates.
Thank you, Natasha, for a beautiful video. I especially enjoyed the interactions with birds and dogs, and examples of modern architecture, and the peaceful vibes of the monastery and gardens. Take care.
Hi Natasha. That was a good video, giving an additional over-view about Kutaisi. Two weeks ago, I was there for a few days and I have seen almost the same places you were showing. I enjoyed all. Best regards to you from Germany

Thanks again Natasha. Your content is always interesting and appreciated. It provides a change of scenery and gives the viewer a real life look at these places you love to go. As a photographer it is true that the discarded places make the best subjects. Take care and have fun. Till next time.
This is one of the best travel vlogs I have ever seen. Most vloggers just go to the same tourist hot spots, but I feel like you really showed us the city. You have a great eye for finding interesting things. Sad to see the state of those old mosaics
It's so fun and relaxing to explore with you. For all of us who don't get out much, thanks for taking us along with you. It's really nice. And you teach us things too. Great show!
Thanks for sharing your 'off the beaten track adventures' in Kutaisi. The local food looked nice, and the public transport system appears to be efficient. Some of the street artists are very talented! I also enjoyed seeing the abandoned buildings, and interesting scenery. It's great that you are 'at one with nature'. 👍
I travelled in Georgia for two weeks back in 2023, only spent two days in Kutaisi but really enjoyed it, its nice to see the places I visited in your video, brings back fond memories. I’ve travelled a lot and Georgia is in my top five favourite countries, two weeks was not enough.
Get some grip, girl and don´t loose it! I love your adventures! Keep it rolling. This is better than most TV shows about touristic endevour. Thank you for showing beautiful Georgia to the world!
I really like this style of video, filming the interesting and idiosyncratic aspects of a place with a distinctive personal touch. This individual "way of seeing" things is what makes the channel stand out. 🙂
I'm currently cycling the silk road and right now I'm trying to stay alive in my tent just outside of Kutaisi. Didn't really had in mind to explore this city but after your video I might give it a shot 👍
Yea Natasha's back! Look Natasha you are doing a great job! You don't have to "be from somewhere" specifically to report and vlog what you saw. Keep up the good work!
I love the the research information that you share , your attention to the facinatiing architectural detail ( outside and inside the buildings)., as well as the natural beauty of the cities, and the museums. I if possible, take a look at the city hospitals. ( I enjoy your use of humor in your presentations)!
Hi! You're looking a lot happier and healthier than you seemed to have been in the recent past, Natasha. Maybe you've been stressed, tired or ill, maybe I'm imagining it, but I'm just happy to see you being well. And it's great to see you again regardless! ♥
Love your vlogs! Thank you for this interesting and fascinating post. In your video I definitely liked the botanical gardens the most because all cities benefit from more green space.
I live in the US. This is a part of Europe that I don't hear much about. It's fascinating to get a feel for the history and culture. I thoroughly enjoy your programs. You create an intimacy with the listener that I don't get with other travel videos. You were born to do this.
She is worth a follow ? Such an intelligent and respectful lady, she has so many past videos about Russia and surroundings. I have followed her for many years before current stuff, and her perspective on life, would give you faith in youth. She's amazing
@@KA-yw7hr Georgia is south of the Caucasus so indeed, it is *technically* Asia. But nonetheless as an orthodox nation facing the black sea its cultural heritage is influenced by Greek and Bizantine culture. In that sense the country "feels" european, and in basically all the fields from lifestyle to architecture, it is a mixture of Greek and eastern europe. So ok, geographically it is Asia but can be totally considered part of European culture, history and heritage.
Hi Natasha, You really seemed to like Kutaisi a lot. Would you prefer to live in Tblisi or Kutaisi? The Mosaics and street art are beautiful. I wonder if it would be possible to take pictures of all of the artworks that you encounter during your travels and have them printed onto t-shirts that you could list on your UA-cam channel? This video reminded me a lot of when you would walk around your hometown in your first videos. Thanks for sharing your travel adventures and best wishes always.
A CLASSIC Natasha piece. Your sensitivity to the people and world around you is obvious. You explored tourist destinations but paid attention to “small things.” You found stray animals. You found art mixed with trash. Glorious. 🤌
I think you’re mistaken….a few years ago I saw a news report showing Putin with his dog; at the time I thought if he’s a dog lover he can’t be all bad!
I enjoy your frank responses to the places you travel and your focus on the things you genuinely like, rather than, say, flashier things that might get more views, but would not be as authentically your experience. Kutaisi seems like it would be a very pleasant place to visit!
Natasha, you are the gem here. I loved all the details and savoured every minute of this video. Your calm voice and exceptional filming always impresses ❣️
Hey Natasha, This was one of your best videos , First you spoke so well of the city and its various art installations , I also love your little personal views of things as well as your observations on public traport and the Art . By the way I counted six personal Dog views lol, I feel I know a little bit about Kutaisi and I never even knew its existence before thanks for showing me a city that is really cool. and I like your food pics with the prices also. Great video!
Natasha lovely to see you again, I send my hopes and wishes to you, that hopefully the World can find peace and joy again soon, thank you, for that which you do, to bring understanding of each others lives, from an old Brit,

Your eye for seeing beauty in what others would see has broken, damaged and ugly is a gift to teach us to learn to appreciate these experiences.
According to the esthetics of peoples who have long-lived in disaster- or disease-prone areas, a little brokenness, a little ugliness, or a little flaw just shy of perfection helps "ward off the jealousy of the gods."
When my Dad first stayed home for a prolonged period of time, I figured out his dialect and I was called 『小豬玀』or "the little pig." This called for an explanation from my Mom.
Thank you so, so much for this wonderful vlog. Thank you for the hard work.
It's really nice to hear about culture from you. I always like everything local. And hey, I can feel the freshness of the atmosphere from here !
I love your more down to earth view of these wonderful places.
Natasha you are so honest about your journalism.
I really like this style of video, filming the interesting and idiosyncratic aspects of a place with a distinctive personal touch. This individual "way of seeing" things is what makes the channel stand out. 🙂
Thank you for sharing your visit in Kutaisi. A lovely city! I like the old town the most.
Natasha, your style is so mature now, and it is such a pleasure to see your travels. We admire your sincerity. Thank you for being you.
You always amaze me, Natasha. your perspectives, your thoughtfulness, motivations, and curiosities. Always a pleasure to see what you are up to.
Thank you Natasha
You're really good at this type of video.
Hi! You're looking a lot happier and healthier than you seemed to have been in the recent past, Natasha. Maybe you've been stressed, tired or ill, maybe I'm imagining it, but I'm just happy to see you being well. And it's great to see you again regardless! ♥
It might be the Herbs and Spices! Lol.
I have no idea. I am from Depressed America 🇺🇸
Please keep making videos. Three years ago yours was the first channel I ever subscribed to and its still one of my favorites. Thanks!
Love your vlogs! Thank you for this interesting and fascinating post. In your video I definitely liked the botanical gardens the most because all cities benefit from more green space.
Great job as always Natasha. Greetings from New Zealand
I live in the US. This is a part of Europe that I don't hear much about. It's fascinating to get a feel for the history and culture. I thoroughly enjoy your programs. You create an intimacy with the listener that I don't get with other travel videos. You were born to do this.
It is not Europe
@@KA-yw7hr No , not Georgia the US state. This Georgia is a whole other country
@@ReedoTV yes and it is technically 95% in Asia
The best part of your tour is YOU. Thank you for sharing the city. 😊🙂😊😘
We all are living in crazy times, I’m proud of you and your generation. Be kind and good things will come. All things must pass.
So interesting. Thank you Natasha, your videos are fantastic!
A CLASSIC Natasha piece. Your sensitivity to the people and world around you is obvious. You explored tourist destinations but paid attention to “small things.” You found stray animals. You found art mixed with trash. Glorious. 🤌
You can judge a place by how chill the dogs are. Kutaisi:10/10👍🐕
I loved all the dogs just living life and hanging out throughout the different parts of the city!
In the USA I always get nervous when I see dogs walking freely. I don't know if they will be fearful, aggressive, sick, etc.
Dogs are "people," too. They have cultures.
I think you’re mistaken….a few years ago I saw a news report showing Putin with his dog; at the time I thought if he’s a dog lover he can’t be all bad!
@@neilurquhart8622 The Russian government ordered hundreds of stray dogs be euthanized for the winter olympics
The old church was the nicest part for me, it truly looks very peaceful like you said. 👍🏻🙏🏻
OH MY GOD NATASHA! Your Georgian is so good!!! I am so proud of you, as a Georgian it makes me so happy that you decided to learn it❤️❤️❤️
It was so good I thought she was speaking Russian at first!
your voice is very soothing... love your videos!!!
It's always a pleasure to travel with you and see the things through your eyes
Hey Natasha, This was one of your best videos , First you spoke so well of the city and its various art installations , I also love your little personal views of things as well as your observations on public traport and the Art . By the way I counted six personal Dog views lol, I feel I know a little bit about Kutaisi and I never even knew its existence before thanks for showing me a city that is really cool. and I like your food pics with the prices also. Great video!
Thanks for taking us with you on this trip!
Hi Natasha! Everything is so green in your video.
This video is a hidden gem I have to watch it two or three more times to absorb it all. Really cool And you look like you’re having fun.
Amazing views from the cable car ! Such wonderful commentary !
Great video. You have done a lot of good showing how beautiful Georgia is.
Natasha you are beautyfull in every way!

Natasha lovely to see you again, I send my hopes and wishes to you, that hopefully the World can find peace and joy again soon, thank you, for that which you do, to bring understanding of each others lives, from an old Brit,
