No because that’s not how rampancy works. For a smart ai such as Cortana they literally think themselves to death, that’s what happened to Cortana in h4, she’s lucky she made it a year longer than 7 years too
While that would indeed be nice, you could do that on your own because 343 decided to release the mod tools. And it’s fun to learn how to do stuff like that

I don't understand why everyone hates of 4 and 5 chief skin so much ... I honestly liked it , its just cosmetic and if anything doesn't look so blocky ... I think it looked sleeker...
It's not that it's bad, it's just that the more classic versions (and Infinites) look much better. Had it been introduced as a set of armor in multiplayer I'm sure it would have been seen more positively. It's hard to live up to the classic artstyle of Chief's armor and changing it that much in your first Halo game as the new devs is very bold. I think Infinite's version of his armor is the perfect successor to the Bungie era style, it looks like a natural evolution of it while still having new takes and ideas that makes for the perfect blend of new and old. But putting aside our biases and looking at it from a design pov I still think Infinites Chief armor looks way more badass than Halo 4's and 5's

Man looking at the comments, I see people are never gonna get over the halo 4's redesign. Guys, He has a new suit that looks more like the classic. Move on. Seriously it wasn't that bad. certainly not worth complaining about more than ten years later after they already caved and went back to the classic design.

If chief had his GEN 3 armor then Cortana could have survived since there's no need to remove her chip.
The mark vi had that ability too, you can see that in halo 2.

I personally like the halo 4 armor, just needs a crotch armor piece. And not really for chiefs armor, a mp set would be better imo

Not everyone hates it, I like it for the most part just still think it’d look better with a crotch armor
