I loved this podcast Andrea silenzi had on dating and relationships topics called why oh why, very entertaining, relatable, and interesting...and Esther perel’s “where should we begin” she’s a French psychotherapist who records therapy sessions she has with couples and it’s fascinating to listen to. On NPR hidden brain is great and if you like trivia “wait, wait don’t tell me”, or “Ask Me Another!” Enjoy your journey! It’s fantastic to see you looking so happy and vlogging again! ❤️

Ear Biscuits is my favorite podcast! Rhett and Link are hilarious, but in the podcast they get into really interesting conversations and follow the thought or question as far as it can go. Highly entertaining! But also gets you thinking! :)

It’s not a story line type of deal, it’s three brothers answering dumb yahoo answers questions. They’re hilarious and I think you’d like them!

I love “Worst ever podcast”! They always have guests on (telling all the juicy details) from the TV shows of the late 80s 90s and early 2000’s!! Christine Lakin played “Al” on “Step by Step”, and she’s one of the Hosts.
Listen to armchair expert podcast by Dax Sheppard - it’s interesting and funny and super good. Highly recommend

Podcast suggestion!!!!! INVISIBILIA! It's a super interesting podcast, which different themes for every episode. It talks about a lot of "invisible" things in the mind that cause people to do certain things. Well produced, and wraps up at the end of each episode. It's great!
Up and Vanished! About the Tara Grinstead disappearance in Ocilla, GA back in 2005. As the podcast became popular, new tips and hints began coming in and major breaks in the case occurred while recording. 10/10 would recommend!
Mystery show! Great quality. Funny. Kinda touching.
Also Missing Richard Simmons. Not a great pay off at the end but worth it because it’s interesting.
Do a diners, drive-ins and dives tour. Find some places that have been on the show!

I like story telling podcasts. One of them is The Mortified Podcast, which is people telling stories from when they were younger or even a current situation. It can be funny, sad, and inspiring. I don't know if that's the kind of podcast you like, but I thought I would suggest it.

Go to the four corners and talk to the local vendors. Support them by purchasing some of their artisan goods. We had some great conversations with the local Navajo folk and that was the highlight of my cross country trip last summer.

I don’t watch podcasts BUT I do listen to audio books and some are so amazing! If you haven’t read I Am Legend or On the Road, those are two really good post apocalyptic books. I am Legend is that movie with Will Smith! I’m also listening to Gone Girl right now, an AWESOME mystery novel. Never saw the movie, want to read the book first 😊❤️ safe travels across the country, you two!!

I really like couples therapy by candice and casey. Their podcast handles an issue each week that couples go through.
You gotta listen to Undisclosed if you like Serial!! It dives into way more about the case and makes it way more clear! Also Up and Vanished!! They literally find the people from a cold case because of the podcast
Sword and Scale or Snap Judgement! Both will have you hooked. Snap Judgement is different stories being told and sword and scale is about crimes that were committed. All have which have some sort of resolution
Maybe something you two could try doing together while you travel is learn how to longboard . It'll be fun to do and is a nice break from driving around when you go to relax

Oo, was that a bridge over the Mississippi? I've driven over the Mississippi multiple times, and it never fails to give me a panic attack, for some reason. It just seems too broad.
Try “Dirty John” and “Ear Hustle”. Production quality are both amazing! Dirty John is similar to Serial and S Town where as Ear Hustle is created by the inmates of San Quinto Jail and talks about their lives behind bars and what lead them there. Also anything by Wondery is great!

My favorite podcasts are My Favorite Murder and Last Podcast on the Left. Both are true crime podcasts and are hosted by stand up comedians
This American Life is always amazing, and there's a huge archive..For interviews and overall banter - WTF (Marc Maron podcast). But if you're looking for more of a serialized, true crime vibe (something you will want to binge-listen to) try Dirty John. It's 6 or so episodes and it's RIVETING..
Jim Gaffigan has an audiobook called, 'Food: A Love Story' it's pretty great
