I received my new Prime P1 and pedal and was super eager to start playing. First thing you need to do is download the Prime app from Apple. I noted there was only one review of it, not positive. No big deal, but for such a popular product I thought that was strange. When I opened the Prime app I stopped to read the terms and conditions for agreeing to use their software. Something I never do, but hey it's from China and runs on my phone so I thought I should read it. Glad I did. If you hit OK and agree, you give them them permission to access everything on your phone, including your photos and even what's on your screen (which would have to include what you're typing on your screen) and your network... and everything connected to your network. They also reserve the right also sue you. It's going back in the box to Amazon.

Mine came in today. Amazing sounds and functionality for such an affordable and tiny unit! It works seamlessly as an interface into my s22 Ultra. Bravo Mooer!
have you tried recording using the camera on your phone? Ive tried two samsung phones including the 21ultra and the audio stutters on the video recording when playing back.
My Mooer Prime P1 and F4 is a great flyrig. Fits in a small bag in my backpack. I use wireless for my guitar and in ears, and have the P1 mounted to my mic stand. P1 out goes to a DI. Works great for me.
I just had mine this weekend and I am really shocked at how good it sounds... I bought it thinking that it would be just okay and now I don't want to switch on my pedalboard... The British tones are killer and honestly the high gain of the peavey is at the level of the best plugins available today... The clean tones I have found a bit quiet compared to the crunch and High Gain but by adding a compressor it just come to life !!!! Really excellent unit for the money and even more !!!! I am thinking of trying more Mooer products

Can you use both the electric guitar and acoustic guitar app at the same time? ie: A) Acoustic B) Elec Clean C) Elec Crunch D) Elec lead I also tried using the electric app, turned everything off except reverb but they don't let you turn everything off. I saved it and the cab would always come back on no matter how many times I saved it with everything off. Also wish there was an individual EQ for each patch.
@@sherifwatson thanks mate, I just tried the GTRS app the other day and it didn’t work. The Prime app is pretty good though. The only weird thing I’ve noticed is the headphone output seems to have a slight lag vs the main output.
Is it just me or is there no talking on this video? It would be much better if I could hear the person speak as I could then control the p1 and footswitch without having to stop every few seconds to read the captions!!

ups delivered one to me today, I charged it and was excited to use it but the app wont download on my Sony android phone. On google play the download circle just keeps spinning and spinning. I rebooted my phone a couple of times but still spinning. I'm bummed! I just bought a Tascam DP-008SX digital recorder and was excited to hear what some of the 125 presets sounded like recorded with a drum track. Murphy's law kicking in.
warning! Im using a samsung S21 Ultra and the Prime P1 does NOT work over OTG connection!! Terrible audio stuttering on the recorded video from the Prime P1. I have emailed support but unless they fix this with a firmware update, ill be sending my one back to the shop. This is a feature of the product and should work. Same problem on two seperate Samsung phones!
I was kind of hoping for a better explanation of the "freq split" block I keep seeing in bass videos. If this thing can do something similar to my Darkglass X7 (compressor on lows/overdrive on highs) , then I'm totally getting one. Looks like that's what it does, but I have yet to see a decent explanation
Mooer... Just bought two P1s for Christmas. One for my son and one for me. When I bluetooth stream a UA-cam guitar tutorial like ua-cam.com/video/EhzAnG1gzQc/v-deo.html the guitar sound gets entirely deleted from the video so I can't hear it. Is this a known problem? Defect? Its almost like a Karaoke machine that intentionally takes out a center vocal or something from a song. The audio deteriorates on other music playing apps like it is clipping or has a wet reverb with no dry signal. What's going on?

Can you explain why I can't play along to music that's already stored on my phone? I assumed that was a given, but there's no way to do it? So I can pipe in music from a separate bluetooth device, but I can't play to files stored on the same device as the app? That makes no sense to me. Or is there a way to do it that I'm just not seeing?
I bought it, and ... have just sent it back. I found the sounds really not inspiring imho. More surprisingly, the sound is only mono, meaning, the guitar signal chain, and the Bluetooth external audio input. One of the two channels is sent right and left, so half of the signal is missing ! You can clearly hear it listing to songs like Thunderstruck, at the beginning, one can hardly hear Angus. So, this kind of product is a very good idea, but I found the prime P1 unusable.
I can just plug in my usbc to usbc cable and record to bandlab on my phone no need for the otg (pixel 5). Works with camera app after chsnging the input to wired microphone in the camera Now if they can give us an update to the pitch shifter lmao

You can use it with OTG cable. I made records with Cubasis 3 on my iPad and it works, only big disadvantage that this model is mono
