I cut that scrapbook paper on intricate and works great on a nearly nonstick mat. The patterned paper you don't like, I use the backside, cut in strips, use as an envelope. I use to make paper doll clothes. I also find people that do like those patterns. Remember, there is something for everyone. Thank you
Oh yes. There is always something for everyone, however when it comes to my cardstock shop I was explaining why I won’t carry it and what alternatives I think are better
@ashleefalco Definitely understand. I hate scrapbook paper personally but I was given a ton of it over the years and I just found things to do with it instead of wasting it.
Funny how everyone has different uses and preferences for patterned paper. I tend to go for smaller prints because I use them to make jewelry. Always get frustrated with how big the scrapbook paper prints are. Like you I have found making my own paper can be a lot of fun. I have even made prints from clothing patterns. But it would be even more fun if I had a sublimation printer. One day.
I do have to say, I prefer things to be smaller as well. BUT I'm the crafter that is always so picky about colors LOL I'm unwilling to sacrifice what my vision is because of lack of options. So I just create them LOL
LOVE this idea!!! You have the BEST Cardstock & using this technique is so AMAZING🤩
Thank you so much Ashlee😊
Thank you for watching!!
Adobe express makes this process even easier. Forgot to add, Thanks for the inspiration 💋
