    something ive notice by going back and watching all of your previous preps.. is that You dont ever post your workout. ive watched all of your videos and am really wanting to know how you exactly you get to your top working sets. I realize youll do one plate , 3 plates , 5 plates and the 5 plates being your working sets. But Id love some Raw footage of your workouts showing all the sets building up to the working ones . Thanks for all of the time and effort you put into these!!! You have no clue how much we enjoy them. I just want to know more specifically how you perform your sets. HUGE FAN ! YOUR going to Dominate the Chicago Pro!!!

    Keep winning the damn day. You've got this brother.
    The videos have been inspirational and I'm glad to see that Bryan's going to be competing. There's got to be some gain from matching the intensity right?
    In terms of future direction, I'd love it if you guys had different concurrent series of;
    - planning the program including detail regarding programming for goals (like bringing up the christmas tree as an example) and what hasn't been working. You've got a good perspective on progressive overload
    - diet including modifications as you move towards comp
    - and simply raw training, so we get a system wide view of what you're doing
    Hearing the challenges that you're facing and how you're overcoming them is great as well, it gives us an insight into how it's progressing. It also helps seeing someone else getting the work done.
    Not asking for much right?

    Exercise selection-why’s and proper form. What is the intensity of a “warm up” set? How many before your “top set”. Do the warm up sets contribute to growth? What percentage of your top set is your back off set? Explanation of the biomechanics of each exercise. Thank you! Also, are we able to see the actual A+B workouts (Exercises and order)

    This is just my critique but you have great calves Hunter. You have overall size and pretty good density but try some intensive stretching once a week as an entire session. It will help your muscle look long and lean and give your overall development a great boost.

    🏋️Lee Do you agree ?🤔Just stick to doing the one set to maximum failure as this will lead to optimal recovery & growth ,, As when the muscle is fully broken down with one major failure set!!! , WHY do more sets to try and break down the muscle even more when it's already broken down!!!, Cut back to one set gets more progress, ?🤔 Please let us know, Thanks Good luck God bless all 👍☘️🙏💪
