I might be misquoting, but Freddie Mercury said in his last days, "Whatever you do with my music, you can do whatever you want with it; just don’t make it boring." Considering potential audience reactions, it's evident why they didn't cast Sacha. I respect your opinion and understand your point. However, despite Sacha's longer career, Rami was safer, especially in today's politically correct climate. But that doesn't mean Sacha should have been overlooked. It was a safe choice for the studio, and that makes sense in this age of political correctness My point is I respect what you’re saying and I have nothing wrong with it, but I believe either of them good but I think strongly about my opinion on this from looking more physically embodied Freddy not just the resemblance specially with a mustache, lol but his height and overall build physically. I also think if they told the story that Sacha wanted with Rami still playing Freddie Mercury I do believe that still would’ve been a better film than the one they made.

I agree. Freddy knew it was likely his last time to do something so public in such a big way. He no longer had the stamina to tour anymore, so this was a great opportunity and he pulled all of his skill from deep and gave a historically awesome show that is loved by multiple generations when they get a chance to see the original performance.
