“I haven’t stopped being angry, so you might as well explain yourself” facts 😆
'Whiskey's a liquid, no'? One of my fav lines.
im devastated that that he wears his hair in a ponytail now... i love that big mop of curls!!
Ah well, curly mops weren't in fashion for mature men. He's not 23 years old anymore. I prefer the mop myself, but just like old ladies wearing mini skirts, you have to face your age and grow up sometime.
Also, he dyed his real hair for the first few seasons until they destroyed it, so now wears a wig..
I love how his eyes follow her everywhere like if he looks away for a second she will disappear.
I admit I would have preferred if he like in the book did not know she tried to kill his wife. For a man to marry someone who you knew tried to have your wife killed in the most horrific way is a betrayal of the love you had with the one you claimed to have loved.
Love his long lingering look while she is holding the cup in front of his face
That look says, "ya know ya still love me and you're not gonna stay mad. Ya know ya do" "But carry on if it makes you feel better Sassanach"
Loved the look on Jamie's face when he woke up and saw Claire standing over him. As if he's afraid he's hallucinating again.
My bf tries that with me sometimes when I'm mad. I tell him to stop otherwise it would work
She can heal and take care of him. Inspirational but at the same time he defend her until the last. Perfect!
HEY JAMIE YOUR REAL WIFE IS BACK I LOVE IT TEAM CLAIRE
Jamie, PSA: “So, your second wife shot you for marrying a witch”
XDDD
Those eyes...
Love this chapter!!.. one of the best...
I'd hate wearing those bum rolls or padding under skirts that make all women look as wide as a house.
Wide hips were seen as ideal as they related it to childbirth. Wide hips=better at birthing
You’d be a harlot if you didn’t wear it back then. It’s meant to both cover the “natural” form of a woman’s body. Not just for the look of the thing, although that’s important too
@@jadeasha4040 Your talking Victorian 1830s-1900 This is the century BEFORE that? It was both wilder and more claustrophobic for women at once then the Victorian Age.
"You might as well explain yourself" . . I'll wait. . . . !! 😆
I love Sam in this scene
I have not read the books( I am thinking about it)also I started watching well after the series ended so that made it easier for me to follow to the end without interuptions...However, the three things that I did not like was the fact that Jamie married Laoghaire( I mean really?) then the other two things for me was the actors that portrayed the older Fergus and Brianna in my opinion was way off as far as casting went..The rest was spot on and I loved every second..I binged watched for days to the point my hubby would walk in and just shake his head and walk back out of the room.. It is amazing how every now and then a series like this comes along and catches peoples imagination and takes them on a ride with the characters that at some degree you almost feel like it is real life..All I can say is job well done to everyone that was involved in bringing this book to life on our T.V screens it will be cherished by many through out the years that much I am sure of..
I know. I feel the same way. I don't usually get sucked into a series but this was just so satisfying. The characters so compelling. Well written. Making a movie out of the books would have left so much out. This way they can slowly tell the story. I'm hooked.
The books are sooo good!!! I just started about a month ago and I'm already on book #3 😁 like always the books are waaaaaay better. The series have really twisted some of plot lines. Book Ferguson seeing Claire for the first time after 20 yrs was Soo sweet and funny compared to low emotion reunion in the show. Now I am not saying I don't love the show because this is why I'm reading the books now but I sure wish they would've kept the dialogue on a couple of scenes because I've been cracking up 🤣.
Laoghaire is Claire's punishment for having taken so long to investigate the fate of Jamie. I understand that Frank would have made things very difficult for she and the time was not the most cordial with the divorced women, besides Brianna was too small to take her to such a hostil place, but Claire was very passive about Jamie. Claire, you should be grateful that Jamie married Laoghaire and not someone really nice and attractive.
She tried to do that when she first came back. He meant to die at Culloden and many were executed after that.
Yes, but if Frank doesn't die, she would still be married to him. The divorce was also decided by him. That is passivity. She suffered all the time for Jamie, but she was also in a comfort zone for many years. Frank's actions decided her future.
In the book, he didn't know that she tried to kill Claire. In the series it's probable that Jamie will forgive her when he sees what she has suffered: she lost two husbands. These people lived through a war and years of famine, political repression. Laoghaire was 17 years old when he tried to kill Claire, he finds her again when she is a widow (a very difficult position in the eighteenth century) with two daughters (having only daughters is another disadvantage at the time). He felt sorry, he knew that the life of the three of them would be very difficult without a man at home and he thought that she matured. Living in an area devastated by a war makes you be supportive, even with those who hurt you in the past.
That would have been a hard one to accept if I had been in Claire's place..
Cuando se verá los siguientes capítulos en NETFLIX
Ufffff hay que esperar un siglo para ver lo que a uno le interesa
Es mi favorita , entretenida
he's in trouble!!!!
Jemy che guarda claire con gli occhi dell'amore !!!!
Outlander team got good casting
Nobody should be mad at Jamie second marriage he really did not know if claire was coming back and he only did it because he was lonely there was a 20 yrs gap between them
Thank you. I like Claire but she is truly selfish when it comes to her men. In this respect Dougal was a better match. He was a worthy opponent in the battle of wills and not bad to look at. Shame he was married.
@@debrajenkins5390 Neither you or the OP are paying attention to WHY Claire is upset. Claire had already accepted that Jamie had had a life after her. She didn't go into this with some naïve idea that Jamie would've just been celibate and alone for 20 years. But accepting that your husband got remarried after you left is very different than finding he married the woman who tried to KILL you. Like, I dare any of you not to have some feelings about that.
I don't imagine anyone would be happy if their ex-spouse decided to marry the person who tried to have you burned at the stake. No one is angry that he remarried, it's who he remarried.
Podrian ponerla en español cfa o en netflix en costa rica graciss

What does Jamie say in 1:04 min? After Clair asks what did he find in Laoghaire. I listened a lot, but cannot understand...
Thank You :) still, as English is not my native language, I do not understand the meaning of it... is it some joke? or he wants to say that it was the same for him whom to marry.
He was making a joke i think. He married her to be a step father to her two daughters
I found the whole “Daddy” plot irritating. He revealed in the fight that they lived together for a very short time. It just wasn’t authentic.
They were two young girls who had never had a decent father figure. And their mother is obviously not emotionally stable. Keeping in mind how difficult life in Scotland was during their time, I don't find it surprising that they would connect to a man like Jamie.
Claire can be such a heartless bitch. Poor Jamie was so afraid of losing her that he lacked the courage to tell her about Laoghaire. She rewards him by leaving him. And all after promising him endlessly that she would never leave him. Hard as nails!
Find out that the person you love married someone who tried to have you killed and then tell me how you'd react.
Some men find that attractive. Otherwise they would take one for granted. It's good for her that she can keep her emotions/ passion under control. Otherwise one would have to Run... And never look back.
Can we just stop two seconds and admit how bad her costume is in this series? 😑 Thankfully she is so beautiful she can pull off everything.
yeah totally, the worst of alll 6 seasons in my small opinion, and she has it on on allmost the entire seson 3
With all due respect, he kissed the second wife first. He was forced to marry Claire by Dougal.
I'm sorry but.... Claire, you are also married to two Men (Unless I'm truly mistaken - Not watched Outlander in a while)
SO SHUT UP, STOP THE DOUBLE STANDARDS
Rosie Rennie It’s bc the women he married tried to kill Claire and shot Jamie. And she thought he loved her so she thought he lied when he said Claire is the only person he’s every loved
The truth is, it's Jamie who's married to two women. Frank has as yet to be born in Jamie's timeline so Claire didn't commit bigamy. However, in truth neither did Jamie because Claire is his legal wife. Laoghaire is really just a grain of sand in a clam shell. Basically an annoyance. Back to my original statement about Jamie being a bigamist. With Claire back in the 18th Century timeline Jamie is a bigamist. Claire, however, no matter the timeline is not. Jamie is still dead in the 20th Century, and in the 18th Frank has not been born yet. However, both Claire and Laoghaire do exist in the same timeline....always. But with Claire back it does render Jamie's marriage to Laoghaire moot. So no double standard.
oh gosh is Claire's dess hideus, the worst of all 6 season.
the way he looks at her this whole scene "something dumb happened I got hurt and she's scolding me while patching me up... Sounds like our marriage is back to normal"
hahah good catch, its his "understandment " gaze when he makes them, as a couple exit their arguments. he is teasing her. The actor is brilliant. and then to exiti fiction for a moment, I find this method very intelligent. I wish couples in the real life had the same smart.
