I haven’t seen many people redecorate this apartment so seeing this makes me very happy! I really like the colour scheme and the modern style used in the build, they go really well together. The kitchen layout is something I’m copying because that looks really cool! You’re great at creating spaces that look good and seem natural within the world, I’m always looking to your videos for inspiration, can’t wait to see what else you’ve made!

The master of lighting is at it again! I would never dare to try my hand at a black and gold luxury apartment (especially with all the infuriatingly different black swatches in the game), but you pulled everything together by keeping it moody and keeping the lighting warm and dim. As always, you find creative, beautiful arrangements and layouts and create amazing objects. Love it! 🥰

This is the best apartment I've seen yet that uses the new kit! And a sorely needed make-over. I'd love to see your version of that other penthouse that has 3 levels with a pool - it's so ugly! But not many builders do that one, since it's so big. But your eye for detail and commitment to realistic builds is so inspirational - I'd love to see you freshen up just about all the apartments, but especially that oft-overlooked one!

She wants to be fabulously wealthy and in the investor branch for her career. After university I wanted her to move to city. THIS apartment is going to be PERFECT for her. She may have to save a little money but ohhhh this WILL be her forever home.❤Black is her favorite color! So perfect!!! Thank you thank you for this build!❤

Hi! May be a dumb question, but how did you get the black frames for the windows? I tried recreating this but the white original window frames are ruining the look😭

Muito lindo , voce esta de parabens , mas no meu jogo nao funcionou, nao consegui colocar o segundo andar , mesmo usando o move objets ..fala que nao pode construir depois do lote.
Parece que pode não ser possível colocá-lo dependendo da sua compatibilidade com a sala do lado oposto (VIII Landgraab). Nesse caso, tente substituir a sala oposta por outra coisa.
@@YukihyoCh Muito obrigada por responder ...eu consegui colocar , baixei o segundo no primeiro andar e tirei as janelas e fiz uns ajustes e depois copiei e coloquei em cima e fui ajeitando , e deu tudo certo, muito obrigada pelas suas criações.
