Handskit 90W Soldering Iron- A quick overview.

Hi do what to do when its heating less then what it is showing in digital display say for examples in display it is 350 degree centigrade in digital thermometer it is 300

We don't have of caliburation of temperature but have an option to control based on default option. But is not accurate but will work

@@diyIndia The Operational Guide in the manual included in the package 0:58 (2) Temperature Compensation adjustment might be the calibration thing. Anyway, thank you for the quick response.

Can you you put up a scan of the little instruction booklet. I bought just the iron (no tips, cover,etc) from banggood. Arrived promptly and it works fine. The instructions are a very bad translation into English. The one you showed seemed longer and in better English.

I don't understand why do you put the termocouple there and not at the top of the head, when soldering you don't use the middle of the head!

If you have to import gadgets without customs issue, Banggood is the best option for now and they deliver through xpressbees.
Price wise AliExpress is better but customs issue will come sometimes & delivery is through India Post.

Lousy video. Things you ignore or made mistake:
1) ROHS is unleaded solder wire, not solder lead
2) Did not show plug head which is no EARTH wire connected. It's not ESF Safe!
3) Did not explain what type of replacement tips. I guess it is 900M or 936 type

Here are the instructions from an AliExpress listing and are the same sort of thing that came with the atrocious manual that came with it.......I don't understand how to Set the shift temperature....It's talking of plugging in the power twice ??...Don't get it!...Does anyone can help??.....Here are the instructions....
"HANDSKIT 90W Soldering Iron
Product setting
1. Set the shift temperature ----- Plug in the power and press and hold + - to build, then plug in the power, press the + - button to modify, if there is no button for three seconds, it will automatically save and exit;
2. ℃/℉ Conversion----Press and hold + button at the same time in OFF mode to enter temperature symbol setting, press +- button to switch, no button for three seconds, it will be automatically save and exit;
3. Sleep ON/OFF ----- In OFF mode, press and hold + or - button to enter sleep on/off setting, press + - button to switch, no button for three seconds, it will save automatically and output" 🥴
My iron was oxidising tips in no time because it was getting about 40C too hot...So something definitely needs adjusting..... I should not have to set it to 320C to get 360C surely ! Why cannot it just read it's actual temperature ?😩
