Bro how to get prepared as a mep site engineer when we haven't seen site work practically but can design nicely on autocad & revit so what's the best way to learn when companies are preferring already experienced candidates ? How to prove our worth when the market is not ready to entertain freshers mostly..

I would try to answer on this query, (not the best answer as I do not have experience in that).
1. You need to see more n more videos, read more n more articles on that subject.
2. Learn relavant softwares.
3. If possible, try to search a internship, where they may not pay you, but you are ready to work for them for few months free of cost, rather even you may pay them for the learning. In this way, you can work on actual projects even with fresher profile. This seems to awkward, but that is the feasible way, I think.
