For now, the easiest way of getting rare skin fragments is during the transformers event. In which you can get up to 999 rare skin fragments by exchanging energon spray
I'm doing most of this, the redeem codes too. Also playing the new heroes or skins using new arrival to get trial cards. Don't forget the recharge event, the one with Odette's face. It has COA and fragments, the best time to recharge.
