Fasilades Tewodros. I'm born and bred in England and have never felt the need to put on an England shirt and be all patriotic when Ive not experienced anything to be patriotic about. I'm not like the younger generation black who may be more Patriotic at heart due to them being cut off culturally from their African or Caribbean roots. Being born here and not being accepted was a social norm for me growing up..and still kind of is....so I got used to not giving a damn about England...but i always want England to beat Germany for some reason...always have and always will...does that count?

For me, and this sounds ridiculous, but I stopped caring when they hired the wally with the brolly and then Cappello after the Sven years.
The football was so dull, it lacked passion and the results got worse.
Since then it’s become a bad thing to support England, like people are ashamed to be English and until we get a sense of pride back it’s unlikely that things will change.

I actually watch NRL, and mid season, we have State of Origin (NSW vs QLD). The way it works is that wherever a player first plays league, they are eligible for Origin. Why doesn't the prem do like a tournament of three with like London (Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Palace, West Ham), Mersyside (Everton, Liverpool) and Manchester (City, United). But go with the first place they played in England, i.e. Salah and Alexis at London, Welbeck for Manchester, Sterling for Mersyside.
The All Star idea is really good and it will actually be fun to watch. Just pick one or two players from each team in the north and the same from the south

Personnaly, I am German and a Bayern Fan (hoping to see you in the UEFA Supercup by the way 😉) and I absolutely hate the scum that is Leipzig which means even if Timo Werner would score the winning goal in a quarter, a semi or even the final, I couldn't give a shit, I'd still hate him. And the hatred that I have for Leipzig is like from 2 years ago so I can only imagine how Arsenal fans feel about Spurs players.
Second example: I live in France and a lot of my mates are Marseille fans and I can assure you that if a PSG player scores, they won't give a shit because the hatred between the clubs, players ans fans is so deep.
