Hey heather, Have you ever had a customer who custom ordered a car but then when it came they didn't like it? Great video by the away!
How can they not like it if they custom ordered it? When you custom order it, you see what it looks like on a huge screen. You see every detail so you know what to expect. If they don't like it when they're taking delivery most likely means they've either changed their mind or just didn't say anything when customizing.
jetliFAN Ya that's what I meant. What it they changed there mind or just didn't like how it looked in person. I guess they would just sell the car to someone else though
It happens sometimes. Screens don't show colors very accurately, this is why they have samples. That being said most cancelations happen for other reasons like new model releases, change of customer's situation, etc. We usually work on a case by case basis to solve the problem with the customer.
Some of the cars in this video like the new Lambo Peformante's don't show up on the dealership website. Otherwise its so amazing to see so many beautiful cars in one place. Thanks.

Hi Jodan! All depends on what you are interested in. My best bet is to hand your resume to HR Departments and see where it can take you :)

I wish more of the dealers out in L.A. were open to working with Photographers and Videographers... We practically offer free advertisement and usually get kicked out for asking to take a simple photo. Out of all my buddies I've been the only one so far allowed to Photograph a Lamborghini and a Ferrari. Wish there were more out there like you!

Heather, today I got a tour of Lamborghini, Bentley, and Rolls Royce Long Island. The people there were super nice but I couldn’t see the Venenos.
Thats awesome Tommy! Yes Venenos are usually very rare to be at the dealership unless they are for sale or being serviced!
they kicked me out when I tried to take a photo of the veneno but still snuck a few lol, a few year ago they gave me a free $100 model bentley though
The Veneno is owned by the owner of Bespoke Motorgroup. You'll only see that car near the dealership during a Lamborghini event. You can also see the Veneno driving around Long Island on the weekends but at around 6 am, when the owner goes for his weekly weekend morning drives.
I managed to meet TheStradMan at the dealer and I took a lot of photos of the venenos

I went on vacation to Toronto 2 weeks ago and on the last day I went to your dealership because we were already going to Canada’s Wonderland :) It was on a Sunday so your showroom wasn’t open but it was cool to see :)

wow some beautiful cars down there. lambos are my favorite of all exotic cars. I don;t care if they are not the fastest or best track cars, but they are just beautiful and they have that something you cannot get anywhere else.

Looks good, but somehow feels a little too empty and clinical. I think with some more textures dotted around it would add some additional warmth to the dealership.

Very Cool l, that was a cool tour, the building is beautiful, though I must admit when you said "negotiations" I bout fainted, in my opinion how do one "negotiate" a Lamborghini's msrp, if one have no money for such vehicle a lady selling a 1996 Honda for five hundred bucks, I seen the commercial, she might throw in the coffee maker; Lord knows it is a shame to kill it at Carl, Carl mean Black, the number is fifty, the bird is a Raven and Black is a special color, shame on those who attempt to "break the chalk" trying to be frugal, I hate you have to go through that, however in these days and time little surprises me.

Great videos Heather, just took delivery of my Giallo Inti Performante here in the UK on Saturday, what a car and thats comparing to my 458 Spider...Sold my 991 GT3 manual to buy this car and have to say how special it feels compared to that car! Love your videos and saves me reading through the manual.

Hi Heather, once again great video! It's nice of you to take the time to give us a tour of the inside of Grand Touring Automobiles. I've been outside of the showroom a couple times after hours. It's very refreshing compared to the old location. I was lucky enough to get a short drive in a '14 Aventador LP700-4 (white on red/black) and '16 RR Wraith (dark blue on beige) a couple months ago both of which ended up in your used inventory. Both cars are sensational in their own rights. Roughly how long does it take for a car to be ready from the time a spec in put into production? and can you lease these cars? Thanks!

Depends on how modified it is. Usually Pre-Owned buyers stay away from cars that have been altered or modified.

All they need now are 2 more things then they're perfect . . . a signature range of fragrances for all Lamborghini owners. . . and gullwing doors on the V10's . . . .@ least as an option : )))
One thing you should definitely fix: I got a proper italian espresso served when I bought my Huracan. Even if some of your customers don't drink coffee: Better don't serve any coffee than this capsule coffee, serisouly :)

Is it possible to rent a Lamborghini from this dealership as opposed to buying one? For example a huracan for $100 for 1 hour and a half or something like that's? That would be really cool if you could use one demo car for rent like that!

Very ncie! I'm about to renovate an existing Lamborghini dealership... this one looks as busy as the one I'm about to do. Not much foot traffic through these, and most customers tend to buy their cars over the phone.
