The important thing that you all are missing is that spin new she was an employee for 30 years and that's why she was unhappy and pressuring them to make her the legal third. It is ok to just be an employee, and if spin was so mad, she could have taken her game and done something for herself. She left her job, then asked them to take her back which they did and she still is going to try to force the people who hired her to make her the third member. They wanted an employee and hired one. She new that for decades.
