The effects of dimensional shifter were still activated after the link summon, so the dimensional shifter should have been banished So he should not have been able to activate the effect of street because there were no carts in either player grave at the time

Floo player cheated. The shifter should have been banished after opponent used it when he stole it with dark charmer. So he couldnt have banished it with Stri.
