2022年8月21日に、神戸の国際展示場で開催される、ニューオーダーチョッパーショーに初出展致します！
また今回も、作業内容を動画でアップしていきたいと思いますので、楽しみにしていてください。
今回はエキゾーストマフラーの制作です。
ベース車はインジェクションスポーツスターの為、全長が長いマフラーを制作した場合、フレームで固定ができません。エンジンがラバーマウントでフローティングの為です。
そのため、今回はFXR用のラバーマウントを使用しました。
FXRもラバーマウントの為、マフラーも最終部はラバーマウントでフレームに固定されています。
今回の車両のテーマはストリートスクランブラーですが、旧車感とチョッパーテイストも取り入れているため、エキゾーストマフラーもなるべく内側に寄せて、全体的にナローな車両になるようデザインしました。前後の長さが同じになるよう、リヤのパイプはぐるりと巻いたデザインです。
仕上げは@masakiyo_ さんに、クロームメッキ加工をしていただきます。完成が楽しみです。

This time, we will be making an exhaust muffler.
Since the base car is an injection sportster, it is not possible to fix the muffler on the frame if a long muffler is made. This is because the engine is floating on rubber mounts.
Therefore, rubber mounts for FXR were used this time.
Since the FXR also has rubber mounts, the final part of the muffler is also fixed to the frame with rubber mounts.
The theme of this vehicle is a street scrambler, but since it also incorporates the old car and chopper taste, the exhaust muffler was also designed to be as narrow as possible. The rear pipe was designed to be the same length as the front and rear pipes, and the rear pipe was designed to be wrapped around.
The chrome plating will be done by @Masakiyo's Harley Moto Blog. We are looking forward to the completion.

フレーム削ってマフラーを寄せるって発想が凄いです❗️自分もフェンダーストラット切りましたが元通りにはならなくなりますし勇気いりますよね。
