Thanks, i loved the trauma i now absolutely have over 'you're out of touch', the idea of crow comforting us into finding someone equally sweet (im ngl i hated him at first but i think i was just bitter over crow), and the fact that it finally feels like we've HEALED. Okay, but im also not okay simultaneously?? I loved this
'Raven?' **looks up and just responds 'Hm?', still thinking about the intro** 'It's okay to cry, this is a safe place.' **swipes at very real tears embarrassed at crying in my room alone** Felt so called out. lol Apparently, I am **realllllly** into the story. EDIT: Man, this was so damned good. I laughed, I smiled, I spoke along, and I cried. I even pew-pewed with finger guns and slow-danced with an invisible Crow. This is the stuff stories should be made of.

I started this immediately after Neon Barbarian, and I was admittedly still really attached to Crow, feeling slightly numb at first from him being gone and hoping somehow there were gonna be shenanigans of some sort that allowed for them to come back. So, I wasn't really ready for the new person, but, the way they were done.. I found myself smiling and laughing as Ivan somehow just so naturally and gently endeared themselves to me. This was beautiful, thank you. oo
Same, it was kind of hard to adjust to this and let go of the character that I got so attached to. It took until the end of the first episode (like the first 25-30 minutes of this) for me to feel even remotely happy with the character Ivan. But honestly the thing that really helped me get over crows death and that made me feel worthy of liking Ivan was the ‘scene’ where crow told the listener that he wants a happy end for us and that he thinks Ivan is a good person. It really emphasised that crow wants us to move on and to fall in love again, he wants us to be happy. The whole psychological thing happening in (especially this one, but) both videos (Neon Barbarian and Neon wings) just makes this an even more amazing (but also sad) experience.

Imagine not being able to listen to "out of touch" ever again because of trauma... Anyway since the Neon Barbarian which I listened to about a month ago this song is on repeat aaaand you actually made me cry with those damn bird facts about crows and lovebirds.
Re-listening to this never fails to make me SOB. Crow's lines are so poetic and actually have helped motivate me recently in my life. "Time has moved on, have you moved with it" that line actually helped me past some recent grief in my life along with "If I had a pen that could write fate, I would give your story a happy ending. I cannot write it for you, the pen is in your hands" this line just... motivates me to actually LIVE life, not just survive it. So thank you for making these videos and creating these stories because I don't think ill ever forget the things I learned from this series.

I really feel like experiencing it first-hand. When Crow died I felt heartbroken and sad much like Raven. But of course, I like to think that I am really the character when listening to /xlistener so, when she broke I broke. And as the story goes, as she is going through the healing process, I feel like I'm healing as well. Ivan is a sweetheart. Thanks for giving us, giving Raven, happiness in the end. Okay I just finished the audio and thankfully I didnt sob as much as I usually do, at least not in the final parts anyway :) it felt so great to see raven finally get the ending she deserved although personally the action with the badass fighting was my favorite plot for her, like taking out all those people by herself? Geez she could be a Meanace if she wanted but she does deserve a peaceful life with Ivan, the character Ivan was so so adorable and I see what youre doing with these cute husband material guys now after giving us villains and bad boys LMAO, i cant shake off the bittersweet feeling of having to leave crow behind though if we had to pick between the two crow is definitely a favorite for me. Also the refrences were SO GOOD it takes so much talent to write this type of story, from the refrences to that one villain we defeated in my favorite series to EGG YOLK being there, I miss egg yolks owner a lot aswell 😔 this was a long comment but do I need to say how perfect this was and how it felt like a movie again because thats what I say all the time, its been so long since I listened to neon barbarian so it felt so nice to see ravens story come to an end knowing we are happy and we still have an actual crow looking out for us after all, beautiful series as always!!
