Solid bicep tip at the end there, some quality bonus content 😂 Joking aside - the tip for toes pointed during hamstring curls is so underrated! Awesome inclusion 💪🏼
Jack, no Deadlift, back squats and Bulgarian split squats? These are my favourites. Love training at the gym. Interesting to know how many gym sessions you have per week and how you schedule them in your weekly training.
Not as part of this session mate, BUT, I do do a ‘strength’ session that incorporates heavier lifts and less reps. I’ll do another vid on that in coming weeks. Off-season 3 times per week, during the season, just once or twice a week 👊🏽👊🏽
@@CG-99 three times a week in the off-season and generally 1-2 times a week during the season, depending on the training load 👊🏽👊🏽 The more volume on the bike, the less time at the gym, so as to manage fatigue 👌🏽
Good question mate, typically just 1 set of each, so as not to cause TOOOO much muscle damage. Big thing is making sure you can still walk AND ride the next day haha
We should be paying for this content, high quality, straight to the point and no bs, great job Jack.
You’re welcome to if you like dude!! I can send you my bank details haha. Stoked you’re enjoying 🤘🏽🤘🏽
Great to see you promoting strength training! The curls at the end were great 😂
Haha glad you enjoyed mate!

Thankyou so much bro!
Awesome gun show!!! That's the one!
😂😂
If you don’t have access to an exercise ball, then you can use a plastic lid or frisbee for some of the workouts. Great video, thanks mate!
Great idea!! Thanks dude 👊🏽👊🏽

Also like to know how the frequency of sessions changes through the year.

Have you tried cadence builds, after gym work and if so, did you see any benefits?
I haven’t made, I typically find I gym after I’ve ridden!
You say 8-10 reps but do you only do 1 set of each excersice?
