At last a good video explaining the benefits of making your aikido effective in the real sense!! Well done Waseda!! My old time friend in Tomiki aikido, Itsuo Haba Sensei was also one of my sensei from 1979 onwards!! I loved to do toshu randori!! 🙏😁😉
