Why the Port of Houston is so important

Everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes its economy, the 10th largest in the world. That success is directly tied to what happens in our own backyard, and you probably don't even realize it.

I have noticed that most videos about Houston's assets and attractions fail to mention the port, and fail to mention many of it's cultural attractions, ballet, theater, Opera, symphony and chamber, and art museums. Houston is a very rich city in many respects.
I would like to see a video or documentary about Houston that showcases the fullness of its beauty and the many ways it offers its citizens and visitors so many things to do and see.
BTW, have you noticed that Top Chef Houston keeps showing views of the downtown area but seems to ignore Uptown and other skylines?. Odd, I think.
