    Hello Dr. what about hot weather, as hot weather also makes as sweat and so on.. Is it better to avoid that also or not at all? Thank you

    what about freediving people have to pinch nose to do equalization when diving deeper and deeper.

    I swam in the ocean a week after and accidentally got my nose wet, what should I do

      You should not be swimming a week after surgery. Please contact your doctor and see what he/she wants you to do. They will probably just have you come in and remove the cast

    Is it okay to wear swimming googles after 1 year? Im still so careful

      we recommend not wearing them for prolonged periods. for 30 minutes a few times a week should be relatively safe for most people

      HI. Yes avoiding excess heat and sun helps reduce swelling and scar tissue for the first 3-6 months after surgery
