I really want Logic to succeed and be happy, and I seriously hope No Pressure brings back his reputation as a great rapper, but man has he been weak for a while now. And I don’t know much about his personal life, and I can’t lie about things or claim that I know anything, but he acts so much different than how he did years ago. I remember he used to bring the energy and passion to his work, but now I feel like he just gets high everyday and just does what he has to in order to put out a project every 7 to 10 months. I really hope it’s changed with No Pressure, but I’ve said that for the past few albums and I don’t see any reason why it would change now. I miss when Logic was open about being Geeky, and brought crazy flows and unique ideas to his music. Think Gang Related, bringing crazy flows, while speaking some real shit, and having a verse from the perspective of his brother. Or Growing Pains 3 where it feels like you are taking a trip inside Logics mind, and he is waking up only to realize he is back in “hell.” The song Confessions was great too, with Logic really opening up and flowing over that amazing sample. Or maybe City of Stars, which has arguably one of the best Logic beats of all time on Jah. It goes from an amazing slow song that makes you feel like you’re floating through space, to an aggressive song that says some real shit. To me, these are the moments when Logic really shines.

I need some closure on the CoaDM album and the widespread disappointment for the overall project. There are a few gems that are great, but the rest are ...... not good. Don’t be afraid to be different has to be one of the worst Logic songs I’ve ever heard. And don’t get me wrong, I love Logic. Still one of my favorite rappers ever, but the album just wasn’t very good. Any critic will say the same. It’s important to have constructive criticism though, and not just hate. Still excited for the future and Ultra 85 though!

He is using slide notes so it's probably bounced audio but I recommend EKS-9 or Drumazon (technically the same)
