@@kavehshams952 you have to put a small piece of tape under the flat, you have to try one pin at a time as long as you can see well, if you look at the whole movie it shows you how the problem is solved
Can vouch for this. My TV showed this problem in the afternoon, and tried this in the evening. Typing this as soon as my TV started working back.
The thing to understand here is that only a very small segment must be getting duplicated, so it's wise to start with a thin strip of cellophane tape. Start at the edges, and keep checking after applying each strip. It's more of a trial and error procedure, keep patience, and keep taping different areas and looking for the result, until it works.

@@alessiosem2238Hey. Basically understand that the problem arises because some part of your LCD relay from motherboard to screen is getting duplicated. The two strips shown in the video are the ones carrying the relay.
So basically you've to find the segment in either of the strips that's causing the error. How do you do that? You tape small segments of each strip one by one with a cellophane tape, in order to cut out relay from that particular segment; and check if the problem still persists.
It's a trial and error method, you keep doing this in different segments until you see the horizontal line disappearing.

My samsung is 3 years old and Today a line popped up. We do have some brownouts now and then, and scheduled maintenance. Often they put the power back on when they done. So we plug all appliances back in. Then they turn it off again for brief moment and back on. I dont use a regulator, but I do check sometimes with the multimeter and looks fine at those moments. Been looking for answer also

Mine doesn't have a dedicated T-Con board. It has the general vestel thin long board that is welded to the panel with the flex cables.

I have a 43 inch led LG TV . This TV facing a problem horizontal bars,then I show to TV service center, the technician repairs the TV only horizontal bars are removed but there is one new problem raised a thin horizontal line intop of the TV . The technician has no idea what is the problem how it will solve.
