Hi everyone, this is Lisa. We now bring more varieties of cute craft into Sweetorials~ Here is my first tutorial hope you will like it!
I am planning to sell wool in my shop, and they will be cheaper because I will get them directly from the supplier here in New Zealand- where most of the wool felting materials are produced. You can purchase these materials at your local craft store, or online at Etsy and Ebay.

My mom god me a needle felt starter kit, we craft every Saturday and she always gets me random new crafts to try, but I have adhd and a hard time focusing on a craft if it’s too intricate. I set my needlefelt stuff aside because I thought it would be too difficult for my focus abilities but this makes me feel like I’ll be able to to try it! I’m definitely goin to try it! Thank you!
It depends where you live, because some countries import their wool. I would say this will get pricy is you are making large amounts, but small things like this you can easily get it for under $10. I am now planning to sell them in my shop, it will be cheaper because I will get them directly from the supplier here in New Zealand (where most of the wools are from).- Lisa ^_^

I just tried felting and love it, was looking to felt some mushrooms and things for woodland Christmas ornaments as well as cupcakes and gingerbread men for a kitchen tree. So glad I found your channel!! Thank you for the amazing tutorials. It is so helpful to see how much wool to begin with and watch your technique.

This is such a wonderful video. I've been looking for tutorials on how to make little mushrooms and most are in a kit form and they are too large or come with a template which has to be put onto a linen backing and with wire or pipe cleaners/chenille stems. I can't wait to get the materials and start to make this. Thank you so much for sharing. xx

Wow! I didn't even know this kind of crafting existed until you showed a tutorial on it! I'm glad you did! :)
You would need a felting needle to be effective. It has tiny grooves cut in opposite directions along the needle, which pushes and pulls the fibers.

@LolipopRok the little hooks on the needle make the fibers tangle together thus making it stiffer ;)

I've had a try using a kit and can see now how much denser it needs to be. I 've bought myself some gorgeous yarn fluff (Amazon UK) so now I can have a better attempt. Some of the life-like felted animals on Google are amazing...aspirational definitely!

For anyone who can’t make a good shape you can try to use a tablespoon (circular one) and poke it continually. It’s sort of hard at the start especially if your used to the beginner foam pad (like me) but in the end it gets an overall nice shape!
