Never let Davion go. He’s such a student of the game and he has a massive love for the game. He is a basketball nerd that was giddy to talk hoops. Kings are lucky to have him.

It depends. Elite defensive players are super valuable.
If he can get to be an average shooter I don’t know if Davion is the guy you trade away. He may end up being the exact type of player you want to trade for.
But your point is correct. Unless you have a top 15 player of all-time, every player is tradable. That includes fox and Sabonis.
Best thing about Day besides his defense is his will to learn and his mind. Love this guy
