I just despise the fact that dantes has been going on and on about self-improvement and taking accountability but when push actually comes to shove he doesn't even want to give up the role to someone better than him in it for every possible aspect

Don't know man, originally the invitation was for dantes, tarzened was not even the planned sup for the team, but because of some problems he end up in the role, he agreed to it. Now, I think dantes should get of jg for the rest of the tournament? No, simply because this team composition was ageed by everyone, but as tarzened said, dantes should prectice 1 or 2 suports in case the draft is really favorable for tarz jungle.

@@dini6411 Dantes just tries to flip games. He spams Hecarim, yet he feeds every game and when he's put on anything else, he undeperforms ( Yes, it gets worse ). Know who can't play any other role??? Dantes. He said it himself that he sucks anywhere outside jg. Meanwhile you have detention mid...who gets creamed almost every game and can't control his laner. So Yamato who actually plays mid gets stuck as ADC and actually does good.

@@RagingRevineDetention has problems but there are more pressing issues to worry about so I wouldn’t even consider that. If they really care about winning, Dantes and Tarzaned must lane swap. They tried it multiple times and to great success and yet here we are back where we started. I don’t think they care about winning as much as they say they do.

Dantes is so defensive and perceives everything as an attack on him... The truth is he lacks knowledge and skill as a jungler. Even if bot lane is feeding, which is his defense in one of these games, a good jungler would know how to find plays to further their team. Waiting for calls or for people to tell you what to do is just straight up lack of knowledge. The biggest problem is he's like the opposite of being woke. He's like stuck and blind and can't see further than his level. He's like stuck in this cave and people are telling him "there's trees and a sky" but he's stuck inside looking at the rocks and dirt saying "what are you talking about?!" It's difficult to do so but the man needs to be woke and come out of the cave.
I mean look at him in the beginning of the games dude he is asking stuff like where do I path or what should I do this game. It’s like he is not thinking about the game until the situation calls for it and he just does whatever. It’s fine if others do it because they are filled players but when you are one of the 2 players that are on their main role you really need to perform.

I am not gonna sit here and argue that Dantes is better than Tarzaned, because he is not, but stop acting like Dantes is an autofill iron player that was put on jungle on a challenger lobby. He is a challenger player, he is not as good as the others, but he is definitely not useless
@@xrainpap i will say dantes definitely has gotten twice as good at camera control from day one to today, but they have a massive difference in the way they play the game. Dantes plays like a firefighter - running around the game, listening to other calls, and reacting to enemy jg plays. When he does try to be proactive, he is getting out rotated and walking over vision.
Tarzaned plays jg like a musical conductor - telling each player what he wants, when he wants it, and following gameflow much better.
Dantes is legit a good player, but he cant conduct a 5v5 on the same level. It doesn't mean he's an iron autofill - he's just not a pro level 5v5 jg, and Tarzaned legit is.
Lastly, i would say the team getting frustrated that he majority of the time spams hecarim in solo q isn't doing anyone any favors and isnt allowing himself to improve very quickly. When he plays sup and tarz plays jg, the entire team preforms better.
Yeah, fans never want to believe their favorite streamer got boosted on taped in or in this case tarzaned probably boosted him. When you actually watch professional players and then watch your favorite streamer, they're in the same elo but the skill difference is fucking worlds apart.

Ngl, when zaned played jg (not a huge doctor fan but respect his knowledge) the games go so much smoother.
He's playing for content. He knows these personalities do not mesh and will just farm the arguments for views. He's actually on another level of entrepreneurship.

Me personally who hadnt played for some weeks and NEVER go jgl, still remember clearly how much tz emphasised the basic thing to look at other lanes and check tab while farming npcs, and even that is not being followed.
And it's not me having good memory, but just valuing that as a good teaching and feeling it made sense and could make a jungler better, so it stays in my mind.

Even tarzaned has said before that him being jungle wouldn't win them the games because of bad communication and that stays up until now.
They aren't losing because dantes is jg. He needs to improve, yes, but its not like the tournment is today, let him fucking practice for a team playstyle and he will eventually get good at it. He already improved a lot since the start and that's undeniable, stop being so damn negative for the sake of it.

Tarzened agreed to role of support when dantes was in need of a support for the team. Dantes should go sup if it's a really good draft for tarz but I do not think it's fair to force this change, especially now that Gringolao is about to start.

Dantes soloq playstyle is way too flippy and inefficient in pro play that requires significant amount of coordination and comms. He rarely even checks lanes of his laners so he is slow to cover ganks or gank efficiently.
He's obviously the weakest player but how is your suggestion productive? He says "I just realized I'm bad" and they suddenly start winning?

Ye, they have rank 1 jungler yet Dantes forces him to support, awhile when u look at dantes' games he spams heca all the time, learns nothing, plays like its soloq, underperforming each game. No wonder why thats what u get after 900 games of heca then u pickup karthus for 3-4 games. He basically first times stuff in these scrims. While Tarzaned ratios him on his own champion with 2x more lp XD and not only that he also stomps it on various support champions, not only he tried and commited to playing support, but he also shows that he is 90x better than Dantes is on every champ he has ever picked up, not letting Tarzan jungle there is just a way to persist the virtual footprint I guess

I don’t know if you seen but Tarzaned has been genuinely trying to be better support. He getting coached by supports and spamming support on stream learning and adapting his gameplay. He genuinely wants to contribute to the team’s success and he tossed his ego to the side to accept filling support and giving up jungle did he not? Holy shit for all the self-help and self-improvement that Dantes has been talking about he is doing JACK SHIT to actually improve, at 24:20 his team is telling him how what he was doing is wrong and how he should've lane ganked and instead of listening to them and taking the criticism on the chin he just laughs in their faces all the while having this arrogant smirk on his face and then COMPLETLY brushes it aside by saying "uh huh, well let's see how we win here" and puts the blame on the Yamato for a call HE DIDN'T listen to, If he just went to lane like they both said and hid outta vision then they wouldn't have been collapsed on by Akali and they might've got a pick bot.
I've been watching all of his Brazilian tournament arc and that first Diana game was DISGUSTING, the way he just laughs in everyone's face it's like he is not even trying to win. I feel like when everyone started they all had egos and wanted to be the one to make the right call that would win them game but over time they have made strides to cool down their egos and abrasive personalities.
TFBlade is the only one who seemingly keeps calm for a majority of the games only getting mad at typical league things, for example when he was getting 3 man dove the first game or getting annoyed about a match up.
Detention started off this challenge by constantly whining and complaining but over the time spent playing he has cooled down and the complaints that aren't needed aren't nearly as frequent
Yamato started these games by not saying a word, not giving any information out and whenever he would open his mouth it would just be him complaining about something going on in the game or him flaming his teammates, but now he has learned to give proper coms and tell his team what it is he wants to do; albeit a little bit harsh, but he still has improved
Tarzaned well no one expected Tarzaned to act the way he acts during the scrims, he usually keeps a calm and level head while providing good and useful coms for Dante's and his team, but sometimes I feel like he is to set in his ways and doesn't listen to certain pieces of advice that will help him improve.
Now here lies the problem with Dante's, from my experience from watching all the scrims it kind of seems like Dante's wants to be better than everyone else by being the one to provide the game winning knowledge, for example I can't count how many times the coach or someone else has given Dante's or the team a piece of advice and Dante's say "So basically what he's saying is...."/"Well here's the thing...." (1:05:10 for example (I swear he has said this 10 times) ) then going on a tangent pretty much just rephrasing what they said to impart his better than thou game style, just listen to the way Dante's speaks about himself at 53:50 HE thinks he's the captain HE thinks he has to lead his team to victory, do you think that when Faker is playing during Worlds he has the mentality that he is the one to be played around? That is the one who should tell his team what to do? No, it's a tournament and there can't be one single person who takes lead and assumes some sort of authority over his teammates at the end of the day League is a TEAM game, you can't win without your team in these kinds of scenarios. And another thing, is that he doesn't seem to take criticism very well, whenever someone tells him that he did something wrong he sometimes has this dumbfound look on his face like he can't believe what is being said or he feels the need to have to defend himself when instead, he can just take the criticism, absorb it, then learn from his mistake so it won't happen again, now this doesn't happen all the time since sometimes the information is wrong or miss heard but when it does happen it's very jarring. And again do you think that when Faker is doing scrims to warmup and he makes a miss play, and after the game when his teammates comment on it do you think that he goes on a 10-15 minute tangent about how he didn't miss play and then blame his team if he had a different call? No, he would probably listen to what his teammates have to say, bounce some of the ideas he had about the situation between his teammates then resolve the problem and learn from his mistake.
Now I am in no way saying that this is the case, I'm not trained in phycology or behavior analysis and I have no idea what they do or talk about behind closed doors, but that is just the vibe I get from watching these scrims.

I don't think Dantes is a terrible jungler. However, Tarzaned by fact is a better jungler. IMO, the reason Jungle is such a hard role for people is that Jungler's should have the highest macro knowledge on the team. That being said, I still think Yamato is the biggest problem on their team. He unironically intentionally griefs. Anytime he does something wrong and gets called out for it he says "that's not the point."

Tarzaned actually does admit his mistakes a lot... He only lashes out when he's at his wit's end. It's genuinely so upsetting to see them make real progress and then throw it out the window because of egos. I don't get why they won't listen to coaches, or why they don't take every scrim seriously regardless of the opponent. There's less than 5 days remaining, it's not time to try random new picks out of the blue because you feel like limit testing and having fun against opponents you perceive as inferior. It's time to hone the champ pools and comps you've been practicing. If your opponents are weaker, you should practice putting the game away cleanly without random fights/throws. I swear it shouldn't be this difficult.

I know it sucks but sometimes we just have to drop ego and accept our role for the betterment of the team. It doesn’t mean you’re a bad jungler just because the multi rank 1 jungler is better than you. You’re a vital part of the team and will be no matter what, but I think we all know the role you’re playing now could be better filled. If you truly care about winning, that’s what needs to happen.
