I purchased this tractor in the 12x12 version in May of 2018, It now shows about 110 hrs, and has had the first oil change, but has needed no other service except the normal greasing of the hinge points in the loader and spindles of the 5-ft finish mower I bought with it. The loader lift power was better than expected, it handles the mower in 6-7 inch grass in 7th gear easily. If you need more mowing speed or are cutting thick vegetation it might be wise to go up in size/power but I have found it fine for my needs.. Hope this helps if someone is considering this unit.
