I really wish I had the money to have this built somewhere, it would be a near perfect house for me.
This is almost perfect. There needs to be an attached garage that enters into a utility/laundry room. You could put a small half bath next to it.
Wow nice layout! packs a lot of practical living into a small space. Like it! doesn't feel cramped.
The downstairs needs to have a powder room. Kitchen is large enough that you can put a dryer in next to the washer.

Wow, you provided a lot of function in a very small space! There is certainly ample seating downstairs, what with the couch+chairs, the chairs at the dining room table, and the seats at the counter! What's more, you have the outdoor space as well. Time to party! 🎉🎉🎉
I like the way the lampshades mimic the shape of the chairs in the living room.
I'm not an architect or engineer or what but when it comes to rooms i want it to have more windows so fresh air can come in...for your second floor maybe the supposedly toilet should be put in the middle part so it would be more accessible to all and more windows for the kids room.nice house though..

This is nice, but needs a few changes, IMO:
*You don't need a bar with seating for 4 AND a dining room with seating for 4. Eliminate the bar entirely so there's more space there.
*The existing railing that's upstairs isn't safe for young children.
*Need a downstairs powder room.
*Why not cover the front porch with a real roof to protect from rain and the heat of the sun?
Otherwise, a beautiful home.

Dude! I am not sharing my bathroom with my germ loving kids!!!! Shouldn't there be half a bath downstairs? Running upstairs to use the toilet seem like a lot of work. Better rethink this home. Other than a few minor things, this home is pretty cool! :D
Yes, your opinion is applicable to a household with old people but for an adult like my age, I wouldn't mind using the stairs again and again. I'd burn calories, it's a form of exercise. Again, each design of mine is not suitable for everyone. It's tailored for specific kinds of people, specific ages, specific physical conditions. I'm a physically active person and this house is fine with me. Thanks for your opinion, though. God bless! ❤️
