INSIDE MOTHERWELL S01 E12 // The European Tour

After reaching the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa League with a home win over Glentoran, Motherwell set off on their travels in their bid to reach the group stages of the competition.
First up was the short hop across to Northern Ireland to take on Coleraine. The opponents are part-time, but are a force to be reckoned with after knocking out European regulars Maribor in the previous round.
In the end, the Steelmen prevailed, but only after a nerve-jangling evening.
Jordan White missed the trip due to concussion suffered during the league win over St Johnstone the previous week, having to stay behind in ML1 while everyone else headed to Northern Ireland.
The summer recruit is looking to get off the mark for his new team but, with each passing week, is growing in confidence and is keen to make his mark.
Then came the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round and a six-hour flight to Israel to face Hapoel Beer-Sheva just outside Tel Aviv.
Our opponents have significant European pedigree and a sizeable budget in comparison. But Stephen Robinson's men were determined to try and book a place in the play-off round in the evening heat.
